Good varaety on items and availability of items as well.

Worker were polite and knew were most items were if they did not they would get someone who did.

Meg in gardening is so awesome I don't even mind answering the same questions twice in this survey

One stop shopping

It's an good place to shop

I made a purchase at the store and the sale went well, but then no news on the delivery. There is a 800 number to call, and the delivery date has changed without warning, there is no one to talk to. Call the store, on wait for an hour, no one answers. Worst experience ever. Home depot has to learn that a purchase experience doesn't end at the time you walk out of the store but delivery installation and service is important too.

I am disabled and did not find the store very accommodating, i.e. electronic cart for persons with problems walking, a Shopper's Assistance Desk to help customer, but for me & other disabled persons to offer a need accommodation, e.g., shopping cart and a helper to "welcome" your customer, make him/her comfortable, and confident being in a store, which can HELP him/her be confident in coming to your store to purchase the NECESSARY Items available at Home Depot..

FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE

This store is clean and has a great selection of appliances. Gwyneth Williams, an Appliance Specialist, is product knowledgeable, patient and friendly. A great store and a terrific Appliance Specialist in Ms. Williams!

They did a great job! I was very impressed especially by Doug. Great reflection of Philadelphia being that I’m a newbie.

The manager, Doug, was extremely helpful. Other employees could have tried harder to help me even if they didn't know the exact answers to my questions.

This store is nice with how well current technology works with it. Such as using app to find where things are in the store and checking stock yourself. Every employee in this location are very friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here.

I would recommend this store because it was well stock with the products that I wanted to purchase, but the store needs better customer service.

Each employee that we interacted with was helpful and friendly.

The associate at the paint department was knowledgeable and very helpful. The associate in the window covering department was too busy to help us. We got tired of waiting for another associate to help, so we left that department and will shop elsewhere for our window treatments.

If you visit this store make sure to ask for Carlton or Okello. They will give you the absolute BEST customer service you will ever encounter

A caring team of people!! In the aftermath of a very bad noreaster Wilma and Bill held a generator for me for several hours as I made my way to them. I work for a Social Services Nonprofit and we had 200 clients living in our center without power. Even though they had over 20 calls for this unit, they held it for my organization. They assisted me with getting all the equipment to maintain the machine as well as extra batteries for our emergency lighting. The generator powered refrigeration for food & Medicine and recharged some of our emergency lights. God Bless Wilma and Bill!!

I love this store. Any time I'm looking for something specific where do you think I go? I go directly to this Home Depot because they have everything & anything you need for your home. Some of the Associates are reluctant to assist a senior woman, however, there are a few in that store who help you no matter how stupid your questions are. Thank you to those professionals who don't discriminate because women like to do repairs & paint their homes too!

The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and available throughout the store. I usually have to ask questions about various products i am purchasing and have always had a great experience interacting with the employees. I would also like to thank home depot for extending a discount to servicemembers and veterans.
