I rent tools from this location regularly. I would say that 95% of the time my experience is pleasant and service is quick. The Home Depot associates always have a pleasant demeanor about them and are eager to assist. These attributes make shopping at Home Depot a great experience and are the reasons I will be shopping at said location quite regularly. There is a Lowes right down the street from this location and I still prefer the Home Depot because of the pricing, pleasant customer/associate interaction, and just the general ease of being able to get in and out and without getting frustrated or breaking the bank.

The store was clean and the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Tommie in the paint department was so easy to work with, kind, courteous and concise, and best of all, he knew what he was doing! I appreciated that SO much!

Every time I go into Home Depot I am greeted by a friendly associate and they are always ready to help me find what I need without being too pushy.

THE STORE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES, SINCE YOU HAVE A NEW MANAGER - DREW GENTRY WHO I APPLAUD.

Although the store was thinly staffed at the time I made my purchase of a pressure washer, and it took a while for assistance to arrive, I got outstanding assistance from that Home Depot Associate. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and helped me make a purchase that saved me money while making me comfortable that the product I was purchasing would fill my needs. The checker at the Pro station was also very courteous and helpful.

Ron is a manager, I think. He is very nice and friendly. He helped us at his previous location in Olive Branch, MS. As I approached him he asked if he could be of assistance. Before, seeing ron, there were also 2 young African American guys who appeared busy but as I passed they both stopped greeted me and asked if they could help. I noticed them both and how they approached me when encountered tells me that they are alert, aware, & taking their job seriously. It was near closing time when I visited so it was good to see people being nice and helpful 20 minutes before closing. (oh yeah the two encounters were separate. One was in the garden area, the other young man was walking to the front of the store as I passed the entrance

I had a hard time finding outside lights and Cashier Tracy- TXP4659 went above and beyond to help me and to make sure I was satisfied.

Products were easy to find and associates were friendly.

WILL, ANGELA, BEVERLY, LINDA, PATRICA, AND THE STAFF IN THE GARDEN CENTER WAS ALL ALL ALL ON POINT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE'VE SHOPPED THE HOME DEPOT FOR THE MOST PART OF OUR FORTY YEARS OF MARRIAGE. HOWEVER FOR A NUMBERS OF YEARS WE HAD SLOWED OUR COMING TO SHOP BECAUSE OF THE APPEARANCE, AND THE AVALIBILTY OF THE PRODUCTS WE WANTED TO BUY. BUT WE WERE WOWED WHEN WE STOPPED IN LAST WEEK. THE MANAGEMENT STAFF, THE PRO DESK, THE STORE OVER ALL EVERYTHING WAS CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, WELL THOUGHT OUT FLOOR PLAN ATTENTION TO SAFETY AS WELL AS THE SPIRIT OF THE ASSOCIATES THEY ALL SEEMED TO BE HAPPY AND HELPFUL AS WELL FRIENDLY. WE WILL AGAIN BE MAKING THE HOME DEPOT OUR FIRST STOP SHOPPING CENTER.

I needed a half a dozen items to build my own bike tool and got everything in one stop.

Excellent store and staff. Very friendly and pleasant which makes this store and Home Depot my first choice when getting my home care products, repair and improvement supplies for projects I may have.

I quit using the store years ago because you could never get any help. We ended up using lowe. We just purchased a home and be moving in 14 days. We went out to eat and after we thought we would go to home depot and look around. I saw something i really wanted and Mr Walter Boucher walked up To see if we needed any help. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful. He even went out of way got a basket and loaded it for us. Service like that from Mr. Boucher i know i will be back. A big thank you to Mr. Boucher. Home depot is very lucky to have an employee that to bring in customers.

I went into Home Depot looking for a few items for my home improvement and was very pleased to find everything that I was looking for. I was even happier when I went to look for a new bathroom mirror and realized that Home Depot had them priced so much cheaper than I had thought they would be! This has become my favorite store!

Laying new carpet throughout the house. New tile and kitchen cabinets. Every associate we have come in contact with has been very helpful and informative. Even helped us load our product and gave us some great suggestions to complete our project.

I am truly Blessed to have been introduced to your pro desk for my roofing needs. My home had damage after the wind storm and Erica made my purchase affordable and unexpectedly easy. Steve and will loaded my roofing materials with ease. Truly grateful.

Products were easy to find. Employees are always willing to help you find products and knowledgeable about the products.

Came to this store today to see about purchasing a chainsaw. I met a gentleman that was putting up stock in the aisle next to the chainsaws.I went to this person and asked him about chainsaws.The young man stopped doing his stock work and continued to walk me towards the chainsaws. I told him I did not want to stop him from his work and he said he will be able to help me and also get his work done.This young man did help me and I did purchase the chainsaw thanks to him. I was impressed with this man's attitude toward helping me as well as his obligation to his employer to do a good job.I want to also give some credit to the lady at checkout because from her introduction to me at checkout you could easily see this was another employee with a great attitude. I was always taught your altitude is determined by your attitude.

I found the first items I was looking for, and at good pricing. When I was looking for a certain tool, an associate asked me if I needed help. This was the first time I didn't have to go look for help. And he was quite nice and a good humor. He quickly found the item I needed and offered alternatives...good information.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. FOUND WHAT I NEEDED. THE PRICE WAS ACCEPTABLE.

I have not been in a Home Depot for years because of the 10% Veterans discount I get for shopping at Lowes. I was so surprised at the store associates, as I do not remember anything like this the last time I shopped at Home Depot. There were several offers to assist me, and the gentleman that did help me, Leo from the Southaven, MS store, went above and beyond his job to help me. I appreciated his help, which saved me at least an hour of trying to get everything on my husband's list! I just can't tell you how happy I was with Home Depot. On a scale of 1 to 10, this store is hitting all 10's! I will be shopping here more often, thank you again Leo!!

I am a Home Depot junkie. I make it my business to go as often as I can. Even if I'm not making a purchase, it is nice to look and dream. The sales are awesome if you can catch them for your specific needs (check online daily), my experience with floor staff here has always been great (even on short handed days), And the FREE FYI classes are great. So bravo for being a nice getaway store.

its nice to shop for materials i need in a comfortable atmosphere, clean, easy to find items and dealing with friendly associates.

I shop at this store often because there is always an associate anxious and available to help me with my needs and concerns. The quality of products are always of the best you can purchase for the money. Close and convenient to Goodman Road (MS302) and I-55. Probable the best variety of fasteners in the area.

the store was clean and as always. the associate that helped me didn't pretend to know everything but, told who else could me if I needed further help.

My husband and I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Southaven, MS Home Depot. We went in to purchase a refreigrator. We did purchase one. Vicki in the appliance section was very helpful and knowledgeable in her area. She also was helpful in the financial part...thank you very much

The associates in this store was very helpful, respectful, and friendly. Their service you can not get any where else. I was pleased to know that someone was there to assist me with loading the materials purchased. Also fast check out i did not have to wait in a line.
