The folks in the equipment rental area are very nice and helpful.

We are building our home and have ordered many products online, in addition to in-store, and the sales reps, customer service, etc., are always so helpful. The attitudes and personality of these people make it so easy and attributes to our desire to continue to shop at this store. In a society where customer service is lacking, it's an awesome thing to experience. Great job Home Depot, great job Cypress. We love this store.

We visited the store to purchase gardening soil and a pot. You have several options in the gardening department so we decided to contact one of your employees. It was getting late and we were approaching closing time at the gardening department. The employee appeared busy preparing the gardening area to close the gate to the parking lot. When I approached her she immediately stopped what she was doing, smiled and proceeded to help me with my selection. Her smile and attitude bright up our day. Ms. Fisher is a positive icon in your store. Please relate our appreciation for her service.

I have been in at least half a dozen times finishing my home in LED lighting. On two occasions I could not find what I needed. Ashraf helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for both times and it beat Amazon pricing. Also had a wonderful experience purchasing a dishwasher here.

As first time home buyers we didn't know much about the paint products we needed, nor were we very good at locating them. The gentleman working in the paint department that night was incredibly helpful and never seemed bothered by assisting us find everything & helping us out. He was really great. I will be coming back here for the rest of our renovation products. Love this store.

Every single employee in this store greeted us and asked if we needed help. One gentleman in the garden center took the time to find what we needed, got items from the shelf for us and explained the price differences.

The store was cluttered and messy. It took over 30 minutes to buy a lawnmower that was out on the shelf and needed a lift to get one down. The manager at the returns desk showed no concern, never apologized, and had no sense of urgency to get us help.

This store is rated high for the products they carry and the friendly and knowledge the attendants share with the customers. I don't ever remember having a bad experience there in the last 8+ years living in the area.

Caleb is a fantastic employee! He went above and beyond when I was looking for bricks. He retrieved a cart for me, loaded the entire cart, and then loaded it into my car...all with a smile on his face. He is a super star!

bought a vanity for a property and didn't have to search for help, Had it loaded on a cart super quick, Home Depot staff answered all questions, and loaded my truck. Typically at other stores, we have to find someone to help, not at this store. Way to go Home Depot!

The store associate walked us right over to the item we were looking for, he just did not give us an aisle number and have us search, he got us right to what we needed
