Excellent Service. They have all the stuffs I need for my gardening hobby.

The store was crowded with shoppers and extra products for sale filled the aisles, mostly Christmas decoration things, trees, ornaments, a dancing Santa and such. Even with the slight difficulty in moving through the store, the atmosphere was full of holiday spirit and the employees were friendly and helpful. We very much appreciate the veteran's discount, that makes a big difference, especially in large purchase items.

If you need an appliance See Kay White she was very helpful to me and may my appliance shopping a breeze. We found exactly what I wanted. T

Always ready to help!!

As a female shopper it's great to be able to get sound advice on home repairs and purchasing the right tool or material. I often shop by myself and to know I'm able to get assistance with items that may be too heavy for me to handle alone is also great. Definitely my go to store and location.

Kathy and kay were very helpful with our shopping it made it much easier for us then in the past.

Spring Cypress is "my Home Depot". Really like the store and I would normally give this store a 5 but recently I had purchased all new kitchen appliances - of the 3 times I was there: I either had to wait a long time for help or I had to ask the front desk to find someone. I would be great if y'all increased your staff in that department - especially nights and weekends

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful employees. I have a hard time finding what I need on my own. There are always employees available and they always know I need help I never have to ask them for help. They always know and approach me first which I like. Not only do they tell me the aisle but they walk me to the ítem that i need. Thank you for such great service.

I go out of my way to shop here, they are product knowledgeable, makes suggestions or alternatives, friendly and personable. Store is clean and well stocked, always willing to order unusual items.

First time at the store and we had a great service at the appliance Departament. Kay, who helped us, showed all the products , explained the delivery process. We were very pleased with our purchased and shopping experience.

Store clean, products easy to find.

Had an amazing visit to Home Depot last week getting an early start on Father's Day. In a day when customer service is a foreign language Home Depot employees stepped up to the plate. Everyone helped me make it a great experience. They answered my questions as well as helped me in other areas of the store that they didn't work in. 5 star service from beginning to end.

Clean, organized layout & helpful associates. Recently moved to this area & this is our new “home store”. We frequent Home Depot regularly & have always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot chains, but we’re excited this particular location is close to our home & has exceeded our expectations. We will continue to shop here as long as it continues to maintain a pleasant customer service oriented atmosphere.

This is my go to store for the items they sell! Always find an employee that helps because I am not sure where to find things. I can get in and out of this store usually under 20 minutes! Hands on managers who doesn't mind helping; they do not push me off on someone else!

Kathy and James went above and beyond to help us. We needed a particular toilet and the ones available were stacked way, way, way up on top of the shelves. They made sure that everything was secure and safe for everyone before bringing in the machinery to get the toilet down for us. They made sure we had a cart. Believe me when I say that this was not an easy task and we are blown away by how they took care of us.

Found what I needed and it was less expensive here than at other hardware stores. Store was clean and stocked. Need more cashiers, less self serve registers (or at least a quick call/recovery to have employees open registers when needed).

Parking is terrible

Terrible service from all departments! I couldn't get any assistance in locating items. If i did manage to find an associate to ask a question to, that associate would say "I don't work in this department, but I will see if anyone can help you". Cashiers are typically friendly, but I wouldn't even go that far. Before anyone gets offended, I gave this store three tries. Each try was a fail. I really do wish i could have given this a 0/5 star rating.

Subel was very helpful to me. She to the time to check to make sure the product i needed was on the shelf. (I spent the previous evening drive to three home Depot for product with no luck). She checked the inventory and the shelf, saving me time and disappointment. Thank you

Store is easy to get to and easy to shop at, and always seem to have friendly help.

I always get the best service at this store. All of the employees are so kind and helpful and they always make sure they have completely met my needs before they run off to help somebody else or go back to whatever they were doing. I have had so many occasions where employees have gone above and beyond to accommodate me and help me and making decisions regarding my purchases, etc. This Home Depot is always my first stop in shopping for my home needs.

Love the people at this store. The prices are decent. I come here often. The only con for me is getting into and out of this parking lot
