This store has gained a rebirth with the employees attitude on the upturn and the upgraded stores appearance and carrying all the right products. Once the other chain came to town I used them for some stuff but the friendly service is just not there.

Appliance Robb is Super!! Over past few months, my husband and I have had to buy 2 appliances and both times Robb has been fantastic assisting us.

Helpful and knowledgeable employees. Every now and then, there is some slippage in employee courtesy in certain store areas, but it is an acceptable percentage because usually they are really good.

I live in Florida & hurricane Irma was coming. I am disabled, I needed a generator. They had plenty of people there to help load the generator in my truck and I didn't have to wait.

It was during a pre-hurricane visit. There was a lot people purchasing items and the staff was keeping up with the customers. I go to Home Depot for almost all of my materials.

I have a few choices when I drive into town to shop, been very happy with home depot, always have what I want or need and there prices are good. Just wished they was closer to WGV...

Friendly salesperson Tommy was amazing. He explained everything perfectly and gave us the best unit at a great price and we feel we had the best service yet. He was very informed about the appliances and knew what he was talking about. He upsold us but we are very happy with our decision to go a little higher for a better unit . He took the time to tell us about the extended warranty and about the professional installation and set us up with a perfect time to get it all done . he also advise us about the fact they could also remove the old one for us. He was really helpful well informed and knew a great deal about the product and felt we got a great product for a great price. He was super helpful.

The St. Augustine Home Depot store is always fully stocked with product. When entering the store the cashier goes out of their way to direct you to the right area of the store where the item or product is located. Then other employees are near by to assist you with any questions. What a great store!

This is a great place to shop. You will find great customer service and you will be able to locate whatever you are looking for quick and easily.

I enjoy shopping at this home depot. As far as I can remember, I haven't had 1 single negative experience there. Your employees are just like visiting old friends every time I go. You guys are like the "Chick-fil-A" of Home Improvement Stores (That's a compliment seeing as "Chick-fil-A" is the best in customer service when it comes to fast food places)
