It is nice to go into a place and there be enough people to help you out if needed. Always stocked. If I am looking for some thing specific I can open the app up and it tells me the aisle its on. Great Job!!!

I went in to get keys made there was a line but we can't blame home depot for that can we? The employee was very respectful and kind. He made our keys asked us if anything else was needed and went to the next customer. The self checkout did not have a line and was very easy to operate. Kids loved helping to check out. Overall excellent. Compared to o t h e r HARDware stores I guess average. Stores have gotten M U C H better in the last few years. Excellent!

The Store is fine except the store location is too congested to get in and out of . Your selection, pricing and associates are better than the others , but It has been almost a year since I have shopped there until today . 6/15/19 due to the parking and congestion of your location.

Your St. Augustine store is run by very helpful HUMAN beings. Who are also very knowledgeable. It is a true pleasure to spend my money there.

I usually shop at the Lowes across US-1 because it is easier to get to coming north (no need to cross the 312 intersection which is usually a pain in the neck). The item I wanted was only available at Home Depot so I decided to go anyway. I picked up the item and when I got to the cashier I was told there was a special going on (which I was unaware of). This fellow (his name is Dang) volunteered this information when he could have simply taken my money and rung up the sale. I was very impressed with his attitude and professionalism. Hard to find nowadays in big box stores.
