Cory in garden was a wealth of information and a refreshing customer service representative who went above and beyond to help. He helped find what we needed and provided more info to prevent further mold issues.

Always very nice and personnel respectable, knowledgeable.

The store was fine and the people working there were professional to us, The problem is the sub contractor they hired to install my dishwasher. Actually, He didn't install it. He walked away with my dishwasher left in my kitchen. SO unprofessional, Home Depot needs new people to do their work for them. I'm not talking about employees, I'm only talking about their out of store help.

Mrs. Linda F. Is a great employee and a better human beign. She greeted my wife and I, was very friendly and professional. She also informed me of the available discount for military personnel which she applied to my purchase thus saving me some money. She also thank me for my service and thanked my wife for been married to a service member. Thanks for employing people that truly care for others. Keep up the great work!

This store is easy to navigate. Diane was away from the register out in the aisle being available to customers ready to check out with their selections.

The best thing Home Depot could do is move the thought about store associates to the top of the list. This store offers genuine customer service. The associates are always helpful and friendly. How refreshing and how different from other stores that offer customer "lip" service. No doubt, the store is always clean and stocked with our needs but to me...the people make the difference.

Good store that is well stocked and full of employees that care and seek to want to help you. A lot of motivation here.

The paint department was very helpful and got the color mix I needed. The rest room was very clean. The cashier was quick and friendly. I found what I needed and the store was very clean. People said Hello thought out the store and asked if we found what we needed.

VERY NICE STORE

The Home Depot in St. Augustine is the place to go when it comes to home improvement and business-related items. The staff are always friendly and helpful without being pushy. Everything is organized well and I always seem to find what I need without too much trouble looking.

Great improvements this year -- store aisles are less cluttered and so easy to navigate. Selection seems even better. Store associates are friendly and helpful, and available to load heavy purchases.

We've been loyal Home Depot shoppers since it opened in St. Augustine, approximately 17 years ago. The selection is excellent, the men and women in orange aprons are cheerful and helpful and the aisles are easy to navigate.
