I went to Home Depot to buy a specific tool. The associate I asked directed me to an aisle and I quickly found my item. Check-out was quick and easy. I find Home Depot to be a fun experience as they are well organized and clean. The personnel are always quick to greet me and willing to help. I love Home Depot.

After extensive research for our kitchen appliance, we picked Home Depot, best prices. We would like to thank Diana and Thomas Forcier in the appliances department, and Kevin and Brian in the electric department. All four were very helpful and friendly. Thank you all and Merry Christmas

COMPARED TO OTHER BIG BOX HARDWARE STORES THE STAFFORD HOME DEPOT IS HANDS DOWN THE MOST FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

We found the exact range we wanted on line, drove to the store and "bumped" into Jenn who showed us to the appliance section, where she worked. We showed her the range we wanted and she was able to answer all our questions about the range, warranty and delivery within one week. The range was on sale 40% off so of course we bought it...I've always wanted two ovens and this is perfect. Jenn was remarkable!

Good prices, good helpful people helped me pick my fresh tree.

Home Depot advertises a corporate policy of supports for the Military with a 10% discount in appreciation for Military Member’s service. I purchased three items for an outdoor all weather power outlet I was installing; only the least expensive item had this discount. This Home Depot’s selective support of your corporate policy causes me to shop at the Lowes down the road from this store. I only purchased these items at this Home Depot today because the Lowes was out of these items. I often pay more for many of the items I purchase for my home project at Lowes. To my knowledge Lowes does not participate in a deceptive practice of offering a discount but only on inexpensive items in order to lure in Military members.

I went to the kids workshop with my 6 year old, it was unplanned as it's normally the first saturday of the month but they had a special Thanksgiving event. This week was a savings bank. The associate (Anne) was great. Very helpful and patient with the kids (and adults!) and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. Ended up browsing the store and buying a few extra things I hadn't planned on just from the pleasant vibe and atmosphere I got from the workshop. Definitely bring your kid out to this, it's usually the first sat of the month and you can register online so they have a kit for you. It's free and good fun. With the lady there taking care of things, it's low stress as well. Store was a bit messy and chaotic due to the weekends shopping madness. Usually fairly neat. ++.

Stafford location only has one rental truck and as it is first come first, serve it can be hit or miss if you can get one. At this particular visit the truck was there when I went in to purchase my large items but when I went to rent it, they had rented the one truck to someone so they could dump their trash. First, this truck should only be used for deliveries and not to take stuff to the dump (that is what the rental places are for) and second they should have more than one truck. The associate was helpful but having to wait a minimum of 45 minutes (I had to keep coming back and checking so someone didn't jump in front of me) for the return of the truck was annoying to say the least.

This is the best Home Depot in the DC Area . . . and I have been to almost all of them. Store is always clean, well stocked, and has staff that actually wants to help and doesn't run away when you look at them like you want to ask a question. I always use this store when I can.

I wasn't looking forward to spending the day before Thanksgiving shopping for a new washer and dryer! I spent about an hour on homedepot.com trying to figure out which models and features I thought I would like best. When I got to the store, I had three in mind, but was still quite overwhelmed. However, the Appliance Specialist, Thomas, was there within a minute to help me. I told him which brands I was considering and which features I wanted. He showed me several that fit within what I asked for and let me ask many questions about each one. He even used the department computer to pull up the side-by-side manufacture specifications comparisons. That made the "ordeal" not an ordeal at all! I was done with choosing and purchasing my new Samsung washer and dryer in under 30 minutes rather than the hours I was expecting to spend! Thank you Thomas and Home Depot in Stafford for helping me get back to Thanksgiving preparations! I was also very happy that the after- Thanksgiving sale prices were already in effect. Biggest plus? Home Depot is closed on Thanksgiving so their employees can be with their families.

My most recent visit was very enjoyable . The employees were helpful in locating the light bulbs I needed. The lawn and garden employee shared great verbal exchange regarding the new Christmas lanterns. I bought the penguin. Checkout was a teamwork effort with employees helping to arrange bar codes in the cart to make it easier for the cashier. I think one of the registers wasn't working in lawn and garden. The employee in the parking lot getting carts was also friendly and addressed me with an engaging hello. Thanks Home Depot.

Store associate helped me way above my expectations. He was wonderful. And the items I found for my master bath were perfect!

Before I knew it, I had what I came for and was able to checkout. The happy smile and request to assist me was a welcoming experience. I spend only 1/10 of the time I needed and was asked if I needed anything else. The checkout associate was great and made me feel welcomed. What a great experience today!

Ciara and Kyle exceeded my expectations when returning multiple items on a flat-bed hand truck. Ciara was genuinely interested in addressing my concerns, ensuring I had no doubts any items were overlooked, very careful and accurate when scanning items for return patient with my questions. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease with which returns were processed. Kyle processed other customers returns while Ciara focused on completing my returns.

Walked in through the garden center. I actually would've bought the wrong type flowers for what I wanted it for had she not asked me if I needed help and gave me some suggestions. Thanks Jen!
