Superb service from associates. Treated me with respect, offered me a chair (I am a stage IV cancer patient) coffee and water, plus filled up the order forms for the items that needed special ordering. If you go there, sales associates are extremely helpful and they go out of their way to win your trust and respect. Great store with great employees.

The store is well-organized; the employees seem well-trained to help guide the customer to specific aisles in their purchases ---> net result: satisfied customer and save on shopping-time. The employees handling at the cash-registers and returns-counter are un-questionably very professional in handling customer(s).

I went in to replace a rusty bathroom sink. I don't know anything about bathroom sinks so I took my rusty one in and the plumbing associates measured it, then they found a replacement for about $35. I also ended up getting some wood gloss for my classical guitar. The associate in this area explained how to sand and repair my guitar finish, then she gave me a few plastic gloves for free. I feel like I made some new friends on this trip :-)

THis samsunng washer is the BOMB!!! The wash basin is such a life saver, I can soak right in the washer and still use it to wash a load of clothes.

It took a bit to find an associate to help with some questions we had but the store was very busy. Our associate, Patrick, was funny, friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable regarding the items we had questions on. The cashier that was at the self check-out to assist was also very warm and friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time.

I always come to this store since i came in stockton.

the store staff was very helpful when I called for floor tiles. I ordered the tile over the phone and it just took a few minutes.

The store is well maintained. I like going to this store.

I was standing in line for 15 minutes. When it was my turn, the clerk closed the sliding gate in front of me and said she was closed and to go to the selfcheck. I then had to stand in line for another 10 minutes while she and 2 other clerks stood there talking about whose break was next. Due to my recent visit, I will not recommend others to shop here.Lowe's is across the street. I will be shopping at Lowe's in the future.this system will not let me continue without selecting one Star...I give my experience no stars.

Interacted with several different store associates and all were outgoing, friendly and very helpful. I have rented various devices in the past and this store is convenient to our home and always a good experience, except on weekends when it is too hectic. However, I understand, and being retired I can pick and choose a better time to come to Home Depot.

What started as a good purchase and service with a shed and truck rental ended in a lousy experience when the dumb propane system did not work and I had to wait 15 minutes for my propane

I am disabled and have to walk with a cane. The associate sent me to a wrong location twice. Once for a range hood and again for carpet tape. I was very unhappy at having to walk all over the store in pain.

I love to build stuff at home and have a small side business and I'm always checking to see where I can get things cheaper,Home Depot is where I find it cheaper 9 out of 10 times,but the thing i find cheaper somewhere else is usually no more than a dollar or 2,so I end up going to Home Depot anyways. But what helps the most is looking online and seeing what aisle and bay everything is. It makes finding things and getting in and out better.

Unlike Lowes or your other Stockton store, this Hammer Lane store clearly stands behind what you sell. More than ever, I'll shop here with confidence.

Every thing was good except i was in a hurry and had to wait 10 minutes to check out. I don't like self check outs. Other than that coming here was a good experience for me. There was help to find something I needed. Also it was in stock unlike some other stores. I tried two other Home Depot stores and they were out of stock.

Got the new smoke detectors I needed...just not enough of them! I purchased 14 contractor boxes...only 11 more boxes to go! The lady at the checkout was very helpful and made sure to de-magnetize all the boxes. Thank you!

The new associate that helped me was very courteous, and even though she didn't quite have the expertise -- YET -- to help me, she took me right to the associate who could. They were both very pleasant to deal with, and I'm very happy with my shopping experience!
