It is a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot. I can usually find someone to help very easily, and people go out of their way to help me. I am a novice, and I find the people very helpful and patient.

The store is clean and bright. The employees are kind and professional in manner when dealing with customers. When I needed assistance they were very helpful, even at the self checkout.

Always the best associates! I've been shopping at HD forever. Your head cashier, Charissa, is awesome. Had a large order, multiple departments, but she had such a great way of organizing as she was scanning everything. Thank you! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great at her job! The department associates are good too. Many are long timers to the store. Love the pro desk team. Patrick, and Lisa always take great care everytime I go. No matter how big the order is! Store management is great, always willing to take care of any issues that may arise. (Which isn't often), but they always check in to see how shopping experience is. Well stocked store with great inventory of things needed for the jobs. Keep up the great work there, team 4127!

I love this store! It is clean and well organized. All employees carry a gadget that looks like a phone that shows them exactly where to find what you are looking for. You can order your items online and pick them up in the stores. They always have loads of items on sale! If you are handi-capped they are always happy to retrieve an item, let you pay for it, and load it in your car for you!

Amazing customer service. Associates and employees are very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. I am always satisfied upon entering and leaving. Grateful for their tutelage and management.

Very poor customer assistance from the floor help and they really DO NOT go out of there way to help you.

This store was very clean and organized. Any employee that I asked a location of a product answered quickly and correctly to where the product was located. Upon checkout I received genuine friendly help from Tye who went above and beyond to help me with what I needed to be done.

Store was clean and the items were easy to find.

Every associate in the store had a smile and most acknowledged me as they walked by. I got my questions answered quickly in the appliance dept and the cashier that checked me out was very pleasant and efficient.

The store is close and convenient. The store is usually stocked with whatever I need. The associates will always ask if you need something and then show you where to find the item.

Store is Filthy, and in shambles, Most employees act as if you are a bother.

The store and it’s employees are great but their delivery service is awful!!! I was scheduled to have a washer and dryer delivered. Unfortunately the delivery guy got hurt on the job and supposedly broke his leg, I understand that, and felt very bad. They finally called me at 8 pm to tell me my options were for them to deliver close to midnight or reschedule because they deliver to my area every day. Since I wasn’t going to be awake at midnight I assumed they would come the next day since they’re in my area every day as she said. They said they couldn’t deliver the next day because there was other people scheduled the next day. So basically they would have to take my items off the truck to load the other delivery items. I got a new delivery date for 2 days later. Unfortunately I had a prior appointment on the new delivery date and cannot change it so I had to pay someone to sit at my house to wait for the delivery!!! I’m extremely upset at that because my items were already on the truck, they bumped me off the schedule I should have been first the next day!!! Plain and simple!!! Home Depot should make this right, no ifs ands or buts!!!!

This is definitely one of the better Home Depots I've been to recently. Dee was my cashier and she was wonderful and helpful!

SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO ASSIST US DURING CHECKING OUT, INSISTING WE NOT HAVE TO LIFT HEAVY ITEMS OUT OF OUR CART. AS OLDER CUSTOMERS, THIS BIT OF CONSIDERATION MEANT THE WORLD TO US. IT IS ALSO SO SPECIAL TO HAVE A PLEASANT CASHIER HAVING A MEANINGFUL CONVERSATION WITH YOU AS SHE EFFICIENTLY DOES HER JOB. WE LEFT THE STORE TALKING ABOUT HOW MUCH WE ENJOYED OUR EXPERIENCE WITH DELOIS.

I spent over $1,200 on a washer, dryer, and 2 electrical cords for the dryer. A 4' cord and a 6' cord. I recently tried to return the one I didn't need and was denied because I didn't have my receipt. I spent over $1,200 and they denied me a $23 return. Not cool.

There are friendly people in all the departments.

Employee in the store was extremely helpful and getting the mini fridge for me and Michael that was collecting carts was very kind and helpful and helped to put the mini fridge into my vehicle.
