Excellent service in all the different ares I went to, caring attitude way above the normal, all team members answered all my questions in the different areas I went to and went way above the normal. I didn’t have to traverse the whole store to find help which is very unusual since Covid. Joe D excelled and I look forward to shopping here always as your prices are excellent as well as your Team members. Thanks everyone. Yeah!

Christine helped another associate with a large transaction with involved military discounts and special financing. She stayed an hour past her scheduled time.

I've been to a lot of HD's and other hardware stores, and the employees at this store are truly the best! They listen, they are kind and thoughtful, and if they have it, they help you get exactly what you came to the store for!!

We are renovating our kitchen and I honestly thought we were gonna spend so much money but so far it’s been cheap and great!!

We have been shopping here for years. The store’s staff and managers have gotten us through some very difficult DIY projects thanks to their great suggestions and professional advice. We’re by no means pros, but we’ve managed to do some pretty major projects with their help.

Don't depend on utilizing the HD app inside the store 1518 in SW Colorado Springs. In-store wifi is spotty at best and most of the time unavailable. Use your data plan outside in the parking lot before you go inside.

The employees go above and beyond helping not only work the purchase, but answered installation questions - installing a porch light- and just made the experience great!

While we didn't move to this part of the city with making sure we had a home renovation and appliance supply store in mind, we're happy Home Depot is only 5 minutes away !

So appreciate good customer service. I’m almost well past senior at 77. Have difficulty using computers at self service. At another Home Depot I bought shelving board and box of flooring. No one asked if I needed help. These people were in their 40’s and 50’s. I struggled but I made it.

The people at HD store 1518 are wonderful. The store seems to be an orphan store, as they seem to have problems keeping some items in stock. An example is SKU 601315, cabinet filler. We recently ordered cabinets through this store. They couldn’t provide us with the 4 pieces of cabinet filler on our order and we had to go to another HD location for that and one of the stock cabinets on our order. It seems strange that stock items were the problem for filling the order that included special order items that came quickly. All the employees at HD 1518 have been really wonderful and helpful.

The paint department doest retint mistake paints like the other locations. After all it's a nonrefundable purchase, what's the harm in providing actual service. Staff regularly has a "get bent" perspective and you can find them regularly serfing their phone.

I always find excellent prices and discounts on articles and products.

The staff of the Southgate Home Depot in Colorado Springs always provide me with exceptional service. They are consistently patient and kind and go above and beyond to help me as a contractor. I am extremely grateful for Jim, James, Cathy, Cindy, Iris, Bruno and Gabriela.

I’ve always had good good experiences at this store. I started coming here about a year ago when we bought our home and had lots of little house projects. I loved feeling like it was a local community with familiar faces. One part I loved was the overhead announcements, you could tell that guy loved his job and it added to the shopping atmosphere!

While returning a item at customer service the cashier tells me there's a unpleasant oder. She then tells me it was me and that it's the most disgusting smell she has ever smelled. She even goes on and washes her hands telling me she disentangle do business with people that smell. The 5 star is a JOKE. SO is the customer service.

I have shopped at this store since it was built and have NEVER had a bad experience with the store, product, inventory, and staff. My only go-to home improvement store...and my home has had a LOT of fix up projects!!!

We remodeled our entire 3000 s.f house using all products from The Home Depot. From entire kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms remodeled and everything in between.

I was needing help purchasing a good space heater for my living room and one of your associates, Bill, was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. He explained the heating differences between 3 different heaters I was looking at. He described each in an understandable way and made me feel like I was the only customer he needed to take care of. Since I am still recovering from major surgery, Bill placed the selected heater in my cart for me. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Bill.

NORMALLY THERE ARE EMPLOYEES EVERYWHERE ASKING IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE AND WALKING YOU WHERE YOU NEED TO GO - NOT TODAY - I WASN'T GREETED ONCE - ASKED ONE PERSON FOR HELP, HE PAGED SOMEONE ELSE, NO ONE EVER CAME. CALLED THE MAIN STORE NUMBER FROM MY CELL PHONE, ASKED FOR HELP, NO ONE EVER CAME. WENT TO THE PRO DESK, WAITED FOR THE 3 LADIES TO FINISH THEIR CONVERSATION, ASKED FOR HELP, SHE CALLED SOMEONE ON THE PHONE, NO ONE CAME. FINALLY A RYOBI VENDOR, NOT A HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE, SAW I WAS FRUSTRATED AND CAME TO HELP. WHAT A JOKE TODAY, NO ONE WOULD STEP UP, JUST CALLED SOMEONE ELSE, NONE OF THEM WERE FRIENDLY. THE CASHIER WAS ON HER CELL PHONE DURING MY ENTIRE CHECKOUT. I WON'T BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE FOR A LONG TIME.
