Make sure you talk to Leilani and Wendy before you purchase any appliances. They are the most knowledgable people I have met with regards to appliances. They take their time. They provide a full education about the appliance to make sure customers know what they are purchasing. This is the only location I'll be going to from now on.

I do shop a lot in this Store, just in each Aisle should be a Salesperson to assisst!!

We went to this Home Depot "just to look at what was available in freezers," and ended up buying one. Our Appliance Specialist, Leilani Tato, was obviously well trained at her job, and her personality is excellent for this position. It would be hard to walk away without buying something!!! :)

The employees I’ve interacted with at this store are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially Christopher in the appliance section. He is awesome! He genuinely cared about my needs and went above and beyond to help me get the right appliance. I love this Home Depot!

The best customer service I've had in a long time.

This last visit to your garden center was the worst yet. BUT Ethan was a great cashier!! The vendors delivering plants were incredibly RUDE ... making your customers get out of their way up and down the aisles!! Clearly your employees didn't have a problem with that either. Your employees avoid making eye contact HOPING you won't ask them for any help. You really need to work on this.

I want to commend "NY John" of the Lumber Dept. He is always helpful and very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to insure that you leave Home Depot with the items you came there for and that when you leave the store you do so satisfied with your visit. I found the products that I came to the store for and did so with the assistance of store personnel. Yes,I always receive necessary assistance as needed. Yes, the store was clean and well stocked. Yes, the store associates were friendly and helpful.

The Cutting Center at this Home Depot has a rather strange policy that it will not cut more than three items per customer. Thankfully, the person who helped us cut four items for us. The policy seems strange and inexplicable.

The employees in this store are good, solid Home Depot workers. It appears that they strive to ensure a high customer service level and usually deliver. I like shopping early morning to take advantage of the more senior people who seems to know a bit more about products. I recommend Joan in kitchen design if you ever need a kitchen! Unfortunately she only works 3 days a week as parttime. But she is a whiz on email and always answers

This HD store is outstanding in their customer service. The employees seem happy to help customers and each other.

This is NOT about the store but about the employees who helped us with a few "micro projects" we were trying to stock up on supplies for during the rather dull weather this past weekend. They were energetic and attentive - a rare set of interactions in today's day in age, especially midst the pandemic and all the awkward that that has presented to us. Thanks!

Went to purchase a solid surface countertop. Ms. Tawni Williams took the time to explain the differences between our choice, and the range of options. After our discussion, we decided that our original choice would not meet our needs and upgraded the countertop. She really exemplifies the service we get at HD. Just an all around great people place to shop.

This store has been my go to place for many home improvements, some experiences good and so OK. I always got the job done and usually got what I needed and was happy. The last 2 times in the store I worked with Wendy Estrada and she is an exceptional employee, friendly, knowledgeable, provides fast and efficient service.

Your cashiers in the Garden Center need to be efficient. There is a long line waiting to check out with the one cashier and they are just messing around with the customers. Not professional ... Hard to find anyone to help - plenty of staff just wandering around - no one wants to lift bags of soil or mulch.

This is a great store with very helpful employees and lots of options to choose from at reasonable prices.

Before you enter the store make sure you get whatever cart you need if you can find one. This store has very few for sheets of plywood or similar size items. Staff said this has been going on for weeks and nothing has been done.

I don't understand how I can go from an awesome experience in checkout, to a nightmare in checkout the very next week. This Home Depot proved it is possible.

I found the staff to be far more helpful in this store than in another Home Depot I had shopped at. I'll always go out of my way to shop at the Sothgate store.

This is my favorite Home Depot in the Springs. They are always fully stocked, have great deals, and a very friendly staff.

Had never been to this store but after talking to Chris on the phone and he said he had a pretty big selection on washer and dryer I had to come to your store since that's what I was shopping for. I took a 2.5 hour drive from NM to Co Spring and I would shop your store again.
