Hard to get item and very expensive. Victoria showed great representation for Home Depot. Price was awesome. Waaaaaayyyy cheaper than what I was getting for anywhere else.

Dryer came broken, and didn’t make it into home. Door possibly damaged by delivery person not controlling item during windy conditions. Replacement will take more the a week and almost two from original purchase. Would not have purchased from HD if we knew how long it would take. Was told it was because of Christmas. An extra day for Christmas is acceptable but 8 days for a replacement on top of the time already spent is not.

I had to repurchase some purchased items at a better sale price. The Customer Service Representatives were very tentative and courteous to my needs. You guys Rock! Thanks again for all of your help.

The Home Depot I go is pretty large and is well stocked. The employees are helpful and easy to find. I have a long and good history with them.

I have been to this store numerous times and every visit is the same. I am assuming pick up orders staged everywhere to the point real customers can’t shop in the store. Upon entering the store you are forced to navigate around returns so large it is impossible to imagine anyone making that big a mistake purchasing material. The store is ridiculous.

We were greeted by friendly employees & then assisted by manager Chris & new employee Evan to find the exact product that we needed & carry it to checkout. It was a most pleasant shopping experience.

I was in the plumbing dept. A man came up to help. He, Engleburt, answered all my questions. Another man, Orlando, came up that was going to lunch, but, before he left he put his 2 cents in also. Super helpful.
