Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When is the 2026 Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on bath goods and home decor, including bathroom vanities. Update your ceiling fan to match your new decor and keep air moving in your home as temps rise. Proper storage and organization gives you spring cleaning freshness all year. Now is the time to start DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Be certain your home is set for spring temperature swings by replacing faulty parts of your home. If water freezes inside the crevices, you could be looking at trouble. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On the exterior of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that might let water leak in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to winter storms. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

What's your selection of moving boxes like?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados or severe thunderstorms, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through an adjacent window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
