Conveniently located, plenty of parking, staff is helpful, knowledgeable & polite.

What really impressed me was the "WE WANT THE CUSTOMER TO BE SATISFIED" attitude displayed by the manager and backed up by the rest of the store's team. I am impressed enough to where I habitually bypass some closer, competing stores in order to utilize this location. Hope you find the same experience.

I am satisfied most of the time with the services and products quality in Home Depot. I would recommend Home Depot specially the Capital Circle North location.

Avoid this home depot, rude cashier. Your better off going to Lowes

I quickly found what I wanted, the store was laid out logically and aisles were clearly marked.

After not setting foot in a Home Depot since 2005 due to a horrible experience with the store, the home office in Atlanta and the subcontractors, I decided to give them another chance and see if they had a refrigerator that would fit through my front door without having to take off the front door. Usually shop at Lowes, but they did not have what I needed. My experience was great this time and my long boycott of the store is over. Excellent service, great staff and I feel that if I had a problem now, they would take care of it.

Store is always clean and well organized.

I can always trust Andrew "Bear" for excellent assistance in the window and door department. He has helped us on several occasions and our projects turn out perfect. His knowledge of the products and suggestions are really appreciated. I highly recommend this Home Depot and Andrew. Andrew "Bear" is top notch. I hope he never leaves Home Depot.

The store was very well organized, and the employees went above and beyond to make our visit great, especially John from Gardening.

I visited this store a few days ago and bought tile and other items for my home. I was so impressed with the staff. From walking in the door to loading my car for me. I visit at least four times a month and have never been disappointed. Great job on hiring and training the right team. Keep up the great work ..

I have shopped at this store for many years. The associates are almost always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This store is rarely out of stock of any item I've needed.

Always my 'go to" store. I hope that when I retire I can work at Home Depot in the gardening department. It seems that there is room for improvement there, I have a green thumb and I don't think most of the garden employees do or maybe they lack direction! I will be great!

Staff members were courteous and helpful. Instead of telling customers what aisle an item is on, they would actually walk you to the aisle where the item you want is located. This is very helpful and much appreciated by the customers.

The store was well-organized; employees provided needed assistance; and, checkout was quick.

Needed to replace the inside of a two compartment sink. Tiffany helped me figure the three parts I needed discussed the installation and options with me. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It is the people who work at Home Depot who make the real difference.

I will drive 35 miles from Thomasville, GA to Tallahassee, FL to shop at Home Depot. Our town is much smaller and we don't have a Home Depot here. The store has just about anything someone would need for building supplies, for home interior needs, and also for gardening needs. There are plenty of parking spaces. The store is organized by departments , is clean , and shelves are neatly stocked.

Everyone from Returns to Tools to Yard Equipment to Plumbing has been great - knowledgeable and friendly. It's always great to shop here. They have even helped me trouble shoot and tune up equipment I purchased. Love Home Depot!!!

I am a first-time "DYI" at building a farmhouse table. Thom in lumber and Rick in paint were the BEST!!! I had so many questions and they helped me through it all. Never made me feel rushed, both talked me through steps of the process and suggested options for me to use to help me! I would not have been able to do this without their help and I am halfway through and my table is amazing!

Made two major purchases in less than a month and on both occasions was told the most outlandish reasons why I couldn't apply my earned 10% military discount. One for a hot water heater the other for the same mulch I bought earlier at lowes with my military discount...BTW 10%.

This store was the best stocked store with the items that were of interest to me. I would say that this store has a greater variety of products than even the other Home Depot store in Tallahassee, Florida, or even the competing home improvement stores in the city.

I have never been in a friendlier store!! I've been in lots of Home Depots and never have I had the satisfaction that I got here.

The last 3 visits to this Home Depot were very disappointing. The customer service is bad. Our family has always loved Home Depot...and we have frequented quite a few of their stores over the years...in Jax. FL, Woodstock, GA , Marietta, GA...just to name a few...but we WON'T go back to this particular one EVER. :(

We always find the service at this Home Depot extremely helpful with a very knowledgeable staff. We had the occasion to order lumber today and received extraordinary assistance and advice. As usual, a very positive experience.

I needed to locate a discontinued item so had to call a number of Home Depots to locate it. This Tallahassee Home Depot gets an A+ for customer service. I received prompt service from a pleasant informed associate named Debbie who handle every detail of my transaction in a prompt & professional manner. She had the item up front waiting for me when I came for pick up. That day the store was very busy with customers, but they had an amazing staff of visible associates helping throughout the store. Shopping as it should be! Thank you Tallahassee Home Depot!
