Matt at Home Depot is an excellent manager and deserves recognition as such.

I have been shopping there for many years.. the past 2 years the store is taking a steady decline in terms of service and associate knowledge... I have pretty much decided to pay the higher prices and take my business to Ace Hardware and the the Nursery in town.

Ask for help and recived it right away. the product perform well

Would of like to ask about the lighting product I was buying, no near by to ask.

I live in Douglas and drove two hours to get to this specifc store and I arrived just before closing. Not only did I find what I was looking for but the price was lower than I expected. The store associates helped me load everything onto a cart and then helped me load the items into my truck. Thank you to the associates for helping me even though you were getting ready to close.

I went to the electrical section but could not find the parts I was looking for. I found an associate who was stocking some shelves with products and asked him where the items were that I was looking for. He said, "Follow me". So I followed him down a couple of aisles and he showed me exactly what I was looking for and even the different prices of the items and suggested which ones I would probably need to repair my problem at home. He was very helpful.

Ordered online. Didn't wait to receive the email "order filled" notification but went in about 2+ hours after ordering. Stopped at the contractor desk where an associate was quick to help. He walked us across to the other desk and took care of making certain my order was immediately filled and processed. He and the very busy people at the other desk were all very kind and efficient, smiling as they took care of my order, making this a very pleasant shopping trip.

Seem to by somethings innovative every time I walk in.

Home Depot is my place of choice for all my material needs. They have everything I need in stock. And if I can't find what I'm looking for which is rare a sales associate is always there to help.

I really enjoy going to Home Depot!! Our latest experience was amazing. The employee who helped me was such a nice boy. Asked if I needed help and immediately got on the computer and answered all my questions about some lights I was interested in. He also helped us buy a wet/dry vaccum and was so helpful! I literally left the store with a smile on my face! Wonderful experience at our Home Depot! Wish I could remember the employees name, he deserves a raise!!!!!

a lot of associates but they didn't ask if you needed help. seems like high turn over as I go to the store often and rarely see the same employee's. great asset to our area and they have a lot in stock. comparing to a home depot we use a lot in Tennessee the associates there are more friendly and professional.

Had to get assistance from store associates to get an empty shelf product down. They helped in a quick and friendly manner.

getting help in this store is a joke! employees do not know where their products are,they claim they are always willing to special order products but getting things ordered is a joke- even when you pay in advance!!! if a Lowes store were to open in this area I would never enter home depot again!!!!!

My product was not displayed correctly, but was nearby (item going out of stock? and threshold trim not available?). With the help of the associate my shopping was still successful and alternatives achieved. Isabel was very kind and knowledgeable in flooring.

Love ordering things on line and walking in the store and its already there for me.

The Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They always make my visit to the Home Depot a pleasure.

Went online ordered the product I needed, less than an hour later received phone call saying order was ready. WELL DONE

The associate in the garden shop had her back to me when I entered the garden shop and she ignored me when I approached the register while she played on her cell phone. She had no clue why I could not pay for cinder blocks in garden with my weed killer and pick them up in building materials. She did call them to have them help me load the cinder blocks. However, the associates in the building materials ignored me while I loaded the cinder blocks. The cashier explained that they were helping another customer. This was a lie because I watched the two of them talking while I loaded my truck-there was no other customer in the building materials area. One customer did show up after I was halfway through loading. I was very irritated.

I had an issue with a drill bit being stuck in the drill.... after spending over an hour at home trying to remove it, I went to Home Depot and after a short wait, an associate was able to help me remove the drill bit in under five minutes... I was very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of the people at the Thatcher, Az location of Home Depot.

Please share my comments on the prior survey about the Thatcher, AZ store regarding your Associate named Rocki. She was awesome! Follow up, follow up, follow up is what she did from start to finish. She called me to verify shipment was received in good order. then today I received a Home Depot postcard she sent thanking me for the business and for choosing her. She is a model employee in a world where service is dwindling. A minimum of the Employee of the Month should be granted to her. She was fun to work with and yet she was totally professional!

I was getting supplies to beautify my home. This store has so many different products to choose from. I am looking forward to my next visit!

I needed to purchase a cloths dryer for a rental in Thatcher. I am currently serving a mission in South Africa. and the sales associate was extremely helpful and cheerful.
