I WENT ONLINE TO SEE IF HOME DEPOT CARRIED THE PRODUCT THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND TO SEE HOW MUCH IT COST AND IF THEY HAD THE ITEM IN STOCK. THEY HAD THE ITEM IT STOCK AND IT TOLD ME HOW MUCH IT COST AND WHERE TO LOCATE THE ITEM IN THE STORE. VERY EASY TO SHOP.

I LIKE SHOPPING AT THIS HOME DEPOT LOCATION BECAUSE, NOT ONLY IS IT CONVIENENT, I ALWAYS HAVE A NICE SHOPPING EXPERIRNCE WHENEVER I VISIT. DURRING MY MOST RECENT VISIT, I WAS SHOPPING FOR CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS. I FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED IN ONE AREA OF THE STORE WHICH WAS A GREAT CONVIENIENCE. LET ME NOT FORGET TO MENTION THAT MY HUSBAND ALSO RELUCTANTLY CAME WITH ME AND WHEN HE SAW THE SECTION WITH ALL THE CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS HE GOT REALLY EXCITED AND HE CHOSE A FEW DECORATIONS THAT HE WANTED FOR THE FRONT PORCH OF THE HOUSE! THAT WAS GREAT BECAUSE HE IS REALLY IN THE HOLIDAY MOOD NOW. I ALSO LIKE TO SHOP FOR MY FLOWERS AND PLANTS FOR THE SPRING AND SUMMER BECAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS A LARGE SELECTION.

Store was great - Great Location Had everything I needed

As long as I can remember, I have enjoyed spending time in hardware stores, i.e. Miami Hardware & Appliance on Salem Ave. Dayton, Oh (now closed) as a young kid, Behnken Hardware, Brookville, Ohio (also now closed). Home Depot brings back on a larger scale my fond memories of browsing the isles. I always have to hold back on what I'd buy by money constraints, as there are so many tempting things I would buy if I could afford them. Home Depot is just plain FUN to visit!

The monthly kids workshops are fantastic. I take my two granddaughters several times per year. They are not only a great bonding experience, but help teach the girls simple skills and help them understand how things can be assembled.

Staff was helpful in answering all my questions on anything I need.

The floor layout is wonderful. It is easy to find whatever one might be looking for, which is why I gravitate to Home Depot although another store is closer to where I live. A store associate always seems to be "just there" if needed, and I like that I am treated respectfully when I need assistance. My "Go to" store whenever I need gravel, soil, tools, etc. I love this place! The only negative I have is that only a few Veterans are permitted a discount everyday, even though all served. I hope Home Depot will reevaluate this practice and provide everyday discounts to all Veterans with proper I.D. such as a DD214.

Although a female, I really enjoy and prefer to shop at Home Depot. It seems some knowledgeable person is always available if I need help. I am never made to feel less important because I am female, and have my questions answered as if my patronage is valued. Often, shopping at a big-box store in the evening, it's hard to find store assistance...not at the Trotwood store Nov. 12. I was looking for an item I'd always gotten before in aisle 13. But ROY of your store quickly took me to the aisle where it's now by the utility tubs. Much appreciated and I was on my way.

I would like to thank Mr. Martel and Ms. Irma! for the excellent customer service I received when shopping at Home Depot. Mr. Martel assisted me in loading up my truck. Because of the excellent service i received. I came back the next day to purchase my Washer/Dryer combo. Thank you for excellent customer service.

The associates are great at helping you if they can not they will find someone who can, great store I just hope it will remain in our city.

We went online first to see if our item was in stock, it was and conducted our business quickly with friendly smiles and a good atmosphere. The store was well stocked and organized it took us no time at all to get our item and be on our way.

EVERYTHING WAS SO EASY TO FIND AND THE STAFF WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND EASY TO FIND IF I NEEDED DIRECTION TO A PRODUCT. PRICES ARE THE BEST AROUND THE DAYTON/TROTWOOD AREA.

1st time using online purchase/pick up same day and I thought it was awesome, I didn't have to wait in line and got my yard work done quickly

The store was organized, clean and I received quick help. Everyone is always nice and patient at this location.

as you can see by my rating, the stores appearance is clean and nice, but the employees are rarely around to help and when they are around, they are typically talking with each other or just seem to be to busy to be bothered. Rarely friendly, almost never smiling and general demeanor of a person not really wanting to be there.

I shop at Home Depot very often, and I find the store price competative with other home improvement stores. The staff are very informative and friendly. And the store is always very clean.

I ask for help in flooring. I was almost immediately met by Amanda Flores and she assisted me in selecting and ordering the correct products for my floor tile project. Very helpful.
