I will keep it short and to the point. Super good experience.

Without a doubt 3913 is my favorite store in Tulsa. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful and truly glad to see you when you walk in. Very seldom do I find the item(s) I'm looking for to be out of stock. When there is out of stock, one of the guys always checks the other stores for availability. In 15 years shopping at 3913 I have only a couple of negative experiences there due to negative employees no longer there. That's a great track record to hold in today's retail marketplace.

I have always had a really good experience at this store. I never have to ask for help and the store is always busy! I like this location because of the employees and the cleanliness!

I tried to pay for a carpet purchase over the phone. I was told that I couldn't complete the order over the phone and that I had to go to a store. I went to my nearest store and was told that they couldn't take my payment. I had to drive way out of my way to finally make my purchase! It's a shame that Home Depot makes it so difficult for a veteran to do business.

The store is always clean. Friendly staff. Always get what I need.

Store was very clean!! Cashier was smiling, friendly, and greeted me with kindness and a wonderful smile when I entered. The hardware man was very knowledgeable and hardworking and honest, and cool. The cashier was really cool too!! Overall, it was a really cool experience.

My family, my neighbor and I consider this our go-to store for lawn and garden supplies. When my husband and I remodeled our kitchen the majority of the items we bought came from this store.

This Review is a COMPLAINT! I was at the H.D. on Sat. May 20th. I heard they were having a Memorial Day "SAVINGS"... NOT SO. You do not get any savings when you get to the register with paint in your cart!! NOOO.. you are not given a 10/40$ discount... you have to go on line and fill out a form and then,..... you wait... for.. what.. 4-6 weeks... then, you're going to send me a master card credit card with the money I'm supposed to get back from you? Seriously, I'm going to spend that whole 10 dollars or 40 dollars at Lowe's and give them my business from now on. Home Depot, shame on you for doing this "Memorial" savings.. you're saving $$$, NOT your customers! Customer Service to us should be a daily satisfaction for this corporation to stay open. WE KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS. Well you won't be getting my business. How many will put up with this injustice? GIVE US the Discount at the Register! I just looked at your review guidelines and it's all fluff. Sorry to say this.. but I'm not going to fluff a review. I found my products however I had anticipated on getting the discount at the register! SHAME! The only thing that kept me there and the paint I needed was the most amazing girl at the register. SHE was amazing and SHE should be rewarded Her name starts with L and we shared a commonality and had it not been for her, I wouldn't have purchased the items. Ppphhfffttt!

I just moved here from Tacoma, WA area and purchased a new home and I often shopped at Home Depot in Tacoma, WA area: however, my shopping experience today proved that Home Depot is the best everywhere one goes to shop for their home needed items!

The employees at this Home Depot are really helpful.

This store has a great selection of garden amenities and plants! I also love the fantastic paint selections.

This store is one of the best in Tulsa. Downtown is terrible and I drive across town to avoid it and use the Sheridan store. I am not a a fan of self checkout. We talk about employing people in the U.S. and then take away work due to our selfishness and lack of caring. Home Depot and others think of the bottom line rather than thinking the smile and conversation is what brings in business. The Sheridan store is still the best one in Tulsa.

I drove from my neighborhood about 12 miles away as the computer said the flooring I needed was in stock. Daniel checked and could not find any in the store even though the computer read they had some. He then called another store 3 miles away and they had one of the two I needed in stock, but I chose to order from this store all I needed, since he has so nice to work with.

I had an easy time ordering the over-the-range microwave. I was in and out in just under 30 minutes. The guy that helped me was even able to drop the freight charge on the special order!

I have always had a great experience every time I shop this store. The sales associates ask if they can help before you have to hunt someone down. They are very knowledgeable and will take you to the product you are looking for and then show you how to use it. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful from the sales associates to the cashiers. Love, love, love shopping at this store!

Great store. The personnel go out of their way to help me find what I need and when I need it!

When I checkout with a person, I expect that person to handle my purchase. Turning around and paying a machine sucks. Kept spitting out my money because one corner had a folder in it. Lowe's here I come.

This is my go-to store for ALL of my remodeling and repair needs. They always have very knowledgeable employees who have actual trade experience that guide me through my projects, especially in the electrical and plumbing department.

The store generally has what Lowes does not. Home Depot however needs to hire more full time and pay better to keep its help. As a contractor we prefer to know the employees and have them know us.

Always enjoy shopping st this locations. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Have had to rerun items to this store and customer service is helpful. Looking to do some home improvement projects in near future and planning on using Home Depot.

I did not have to search for a store rep to assist me with what I was looking for, they asked me and were very friendly. The store has everything I am looking for (at prices lower than the competition) and is the only place that carries BEAR Paints, which I find are the best paints for coverage and wear. Past purchases: lawn mowers, leaf blowers, edgers, electrical hedger, tools and garbage disposal. We love The Home Depot for home renovations! I even got a Home Depot Credit Card at the check out register and it was easy. I left the store today with a big smile on my face. The next day the bathroom was painted and put back together in 6 hours. I was so happy to be rid of the avocado green walls and trim.
