Home Depot has always made it easy to shop there--friendly associates and stock can be easily checked on line before my visit.

i've visited this store at least once a week while renovating a condo. Each of the associates have been exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially debra as i special ordered blinds ( hi to Peggy too!)

Steve Haack helped me with a challenging home improvement problem. He was respectful, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful!

The cleanliness of the surroundings, store entrance and exit had parts of cardboard box pieces in the corners where they had settled from the wind. The inside of the store was clean, well labeled and the items we were looking for were found without effort or assistance. The associate was friendly and answered our question without hesitation and correctly. Check out was fast and smooth. Our total purchase time from entrance to exit was seven minutes. I must add that the selections were plentiful to fit just about every budget and users needs.

I had a Visa Gift card that I wanted to use for a on-line purchase. The product I purchased is only available on-line for some reason and the gal (Mirin-I think) I worked with turned my Visa Gift card into a Home Depot gift card and purchased the product for me using my personal CC for the remainder. It was quite busy at the customer service desk and she kept her cool and handled my order very nicely!

I love going into Home Depot! The associates are always helpful and willing to spend time with me. My husband has MS so I am learning to do lots of projects, with a long list in front of me! My questions are answered clearly and in a way so I understand he process of what I am attempting to do. Thank you, Home Depot!!

VICTOR HD ASSOCIATES HARKEN BACK TO THE OLD DAYS WHEN HD JUST OPENED. THEY ARE ABUNDANT AND ARE LOOKING TO HELP YOU. IT'S FUN TO SHOP AT HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

This store was very clean and the people that work there are very knowledgeable! Glad they were able to take the time to send me in the right direction on my home repair project!!

I have been shopping at this location for about ten years and still a lot of the same faces. Good to see longevity. You must be doing something right.

Water pump had to be returned after it stopped working while pumping off the water on my pool cover. Took it back to Home Depot and they returned hassle FREE!

Very easy to shop here, get questions asked and get support with transportation/ pick up of goods. Im new to the area and will be back I am sure!

The Victor store associates are always very knowledgeable and helpful. They know where the items can be found and will ask for help if needed. Prices are OK but would be nice if they gave a senior citizen discount!

I made two separate purchases on my visit to the Victor, NY Home Depot and each experience was excellent. I had to return, then re-buy two items to get separate receipts for rebates. The sales associate, Priscilla, was pleasant, professional and helpful. She answered my questions and was very efficient. I then made a purchase in the garden department and the cashier, Sarah, was also very kind and helpful. She saved me a trip to the other end of the store and also showed me how to get help loading 2 heavy items in my vehicle. This Home Depot knows about good customer service and they now have all of my home improvement business.

I purchased carpet Today the sales person was very patient even when I changed my mind five different times , I would definitely recommend home depot to other people. Nice store and prices.

Went to Penfield NY store first, Associate was clueless. Stated erroneous information about sales. Quoted me wrong prices with discounts. Tried multiple times to place order, but kept getting it wrong. Assistant manager was no help. Went to Victor NY store, worked with Bill. Very knowledgable and on top of sales. Explained all available discounts and what was best deal for me. Ordered six appliances. Took care of everything at point of sale. If you're buying new appliances stay away from Penfield store.

The associates are very helpful and we saved $200 on a Samsung washer. We will only go to HD for appliances. We bought our dryer at HD last year.

The Victor Home Depot has a great staff, well stocked shelves, clear and organized aisles. The store is well lit and, during the week, it is always easy to find an associate to assist you.

We shop at Home Depot often, but this morning we needed more help than usual. Mike Camacho walked us to departmenst other than his, and made sure we got the help we needed finding products.

People where very helpful finding what I needed store always had what I was looking for

Worked with associate Jill. Very knowledgable, patient, and helpful. After assisting with the purchase of a cook top, she helped with ideas pertaining to the replacement of our kitchen counter tops.

The Associate that assisted my took a lot of time to answer questions about plumbing needs.

Looking online to find the store that had what we needed was great, easy to find what was needed for a fast, good experience at the store.

This Home Depot is our "go to" store whenever we've created a project indoors or outside. From upgrading appliances, tiling a laundry room, finding the perfect light fixture to simply replenishing air filters, we find it here.

I knew exactly what I wanted, found it with no difficulty, plenty in stock. I used a self checkout and was out of the store in 5 minutes. It couldn't have been easier!

Had no problems finding what I wanted. Also appreciate the recognition of Military Veterans.
