I came to Home Depot in victor recently and was very pleased with the overall experience. Everyone was quite friendly and helpful.

I purchased a Chamberlain garage door opener after two sales associates patiently answered all my technical questions (I'm an engineer) over two days.

Horrible experience checking out. Joanne from the victor store should not be employed. Super hostile with costumers

Our mail box was totaled by a new driver and we needed to replace the whole thing. LC helped me find everything I needed. I was out of the store in 10 Minutes, it was a great experience.

I have to say Home Depot was very helpful in doing our new kitchen design. The layout, selection of cabinets and counter tops was seemless. The representative from the cabinet manufacture gave us some great ideas. Where things went slightly sideways was with the installation folks. Yhe gentleman who came out could seem to care less if he did the work or not. Said we would get a quote in 48 hours, that was on Dec 22 and as of this writing on the 31st we still have not received a quote. The store never got a quote either. This forced us to use another contractor and that decision added 1000 dollars in sales tax because they would not consider it a capital improvement (a little disappointing). Other than that it was a good experience.

I bought flooring at HD about 2 years ago, and we had some terrible service, probably one of the rudest most inconsiderate people I have ever had to deal with in a store. (She would not even let us bring our return into the store.) We went there last week and worked with the nicest floor specialist -- she took her time and explained all the products. So helpful -- totally changed my opinion of Home Depot!

Larry went above and beyond in helping me order a refrigerator. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I was also offered help in every area I visited in the entire store. I appreciate being recognized and cared for as a customer, and I think you will too.

I needed to purchase new kitchen sink hardware. The first sales associate I spoke with actually accompanied me to the right department and introduced me to the sales associate George who was an expert in the various kitchen hardware products. I showed him a picture of the sink hardware I needed to replace and he pleasantly and patiently helped me to make my selection. I am very happy with my product selection and the assistance that I received. The new hardware looks great in my kitchen! Thanks, George and Home Depot!

I bought the 6.5 pine Christmas tree with multicolored bulbs because it is lightweight and easier for me to set up and handle. Look forward to setting up in my home.

I bought some flood lights for our kitchen with the assistance of an employee who showed me several options. He was very knowledgeable with regard to lumens, etc. Purchase was made much easier!

Sales Clerks and Customer Service Representatives were all very friendly, cheerfully accommodating and extremely helpful even though it was half-an-hour before store closing! Truly an enjoyable shopping experience!

Have spent much time and money at Home Depot in during the past 6 months of renovations at our home...some okay some bad. To Angelica, of the Paint Dept, you really were outstanding, and made my purchase of my paint easy. Her skill of being able to answer my questions, and make happen what i hoped could be, was completed. Victor Home Depot as a whole is a good store, but it's people like Angelica that make the visit memorable. I needed help... her kindness, and expertise, matched her professionalism. She's the 5 star of our review.

I asked a Home Depot Employee for assistance as I couldn’t reach the pressure treated stair stringers as the shelf is 6’ from the floor. When I asked the employee for assistance he walked away. The store was not clean. It was 8 pm and the store was not busy. It was a rainy night. The cashier was very friendly.

If you’re renting equipment, I hope you don’t have to deal with John in the rental shop. Terrible employee to stick in the faces of customers. If you enjoy having someone figuratively flip a coin to see if you’re a liar though, he is your guy. Also, don’t grab any equipment he may tag as “ready and inspected” because the stump grinder I tried using was so dull it was burning the wood instead of grinding it (pictures were shown to prove I wasn’t “just like every other guy that walks through his door”-according to him) he immediately tagged it as good to go the second I walked out the door… Other guys were respectful and helpful, rented in a timely manner, Older Bearded fella even gave me a tutorial Before I rented it, you

Our shopping experience for a riding mower was a breath of fresh air. The staff was very helpful and knew what they were talking about. My wife and I will be doing more shopping at this store.

I found your store to be very clean, Cashier was very polite and friendly, Her name was Linda. Casey found the model number for my refrigerator water filter online, what a great help! SO helpful! I was SO grateful! Saved me a lot of time and a lot of stress!

I've generally had good service with the customer service representatives at this store on the few occasions when I've needed assistance. Today's visit involved a significant problem that I had with an order. Fortunately, I was helped by one of the most exceptional Customer Service representatives I have ever encountered. She greeted me with a disarming smile and then took my problem and made it her own. It took several attempts and phone calls to work through some internal red tape but in the end, she solved the problem and turned a hostile customer into a much happier one!

Good supply stock and well staffed by comparison to other home big box stores. Just need to get on top of shelving and organizing better so that aisles aren't closed so much.

Today I met the best salesman I have ever experienced at Home Depot. I am older (65 years old) picking up a larger quantity of lumber for a job tomorrow. I was having a difficult time sorting the 2x4x16 material, then your employee LC came around the corner and with a big polite smile said let me help you. He did not just superficially help, he dug in and was not afraid to take on the blunt of the work. Fantastic experience, so polite.

The Victor Home Depot is first rate in every regard. It always has everything I need for home and garden-related projects and exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful staff to assist.

The storewide attitude and knowledge of the employees is amazing. We were purchasing items in the electrical isle, the plumbing area, the paint area and the lumber isle and every employee was knowledgeable, friendly and answered the questions like they had worked there 20 years. No one had to ask someone else for help because they did not know the answers. Some of our questions were difficult. Thank you Home Depot. Keep up the great customer care.
