The Victor store is close to home, always has what I want; and if I can't find it there's always someone who knows just where it is and often takes me to the right place rather than just tell me where to go in the store. At checkout they remind me of my military discount and often ask about my service, etc.

Glad to find someone who understood my problem and the appropriate plumbing fix.

I spent over 18 k on windows at this store and had there guys install. The wrong size came in 3 times. It led me into the holidays and I waited almost a total of a year before it was complete and correct. Then I was told I would receive a 250.00 gift card 5 months ago and they keep telling me that it will be sent. I have never received it to this day!

Your garden department is great to shop in, lots of varieties and good prices. I've bought paint, carpet. It's great to buy wood, screws or what ever else I need. Your staff is always happy to help me so I don't forget anything and I can always bring back unused wood and that's great. I will continue to shop here and tell my family and friends to also.

I have shopped at Home Depot for years. The man working in the self-checkout provided exceptional service. I only regret that I didn't get his name.

I always buy Ryobi tools

We have needed to have wood that we purchased cut to specific measurements a few times within the past year. Every time that someone helped us, it was with respect, efficiency and accuracy. That means a lot to”older folks” who used to be able to do all this for ourselves.

I was accused of STEALING when I wasn’t even finished ringing up my cart…!!! Two large bags of baking soda for my client one for me and ANNA at self check out accused me of trying to STEAL the baking soda …!!!!!! Not only was this wrong it was HUMILIATING …!!!!!!!!

keep the isles clear of so many loaded materials pulled for contractors so carts can get through. Walking around another isle to get to what you want time after time is very annoying

If there were employees in this store it would receive a higher rating. You know, you could ask employees where an item might be located, or if you could buy an appliance. I’ve seen other stores use this model with great success. Maybe use this store on a trial basis, see if it works . Otherwise you could go back to just one employee per store who gathers shopping carts in the parking lot.

I visited this store recently along with the HD on Jefferson Road in Henrietta, NY. In both places the garden stock was showing signs of total neglect and a lack of watering. This is not a good look for HD. Customers have to look elsewhere to get flowers for their gardens and HD is losing revenue.

There was a sign at the return desk register offering a free Coke if during the transaction, the clerk did not explain how I can save $100 at home depot. They did not make any such explanation and refused to provide me with a coke, claiming that even though the sign is at the return register, the offer is only good when making a purchase.

Everyone at the Victor,NY Hove Depot is knowledgable amd helpful.

The only pleasant experience was the salesman. After that it went completely downhill and everything was ordered incorrectly. The size of the windows, the molding and the jam extensions.. This was all messed up during the holidays. It still has not been completed correctly. I still don’t have the molding! Nothing has been done about it.

Great experience buying carpet from Home Depot. The employees were all so professional, especially the individual who came to our house to measure. He was so knowledgable, friendly and competent. He showed up on time and walked us through the whole process. Very impressed.

Sump pump stop working and purchased a new one. The issue was the different size of fittings 1 1/4 or 1 1 /2 or 2". Staff helped me match up the existing PVC discharge to new pump with out re-engineering .

Victor Home Depot staff is great. Especially to us elderly, slower moving folks that are trying to do repairs or find a product. Just had another gracious lady spend time solving my home storage problem. Thank you, M.

Excellent service from Nick Lent in Appliances. NIck assisted me in purchasing 2 washers and 2 dryers to replace those my rental house lost in the Canandaigua flood on July 9. Nick was courteous, listened and answered all my questions, gave me good advice and made sure I received two eligible promotional discounts on my purchase.

Great Place, Great Employees, Great Prices!

Marica in customer service was rude, yelled at me. She is overwhelmed and not in control of her behavior. She yelled at other employees saying "I am working on something and can't do two things at once". She made incorrect assumptions on what I needed help with and wouldn't listen to me and yelled at me about how she was trying to help me. She was hostile and I am so glad that she is not my coworker. I am astonished that she can be working with customers. I left there insulted, disrespected, embarrassed and angry. I went elsewhere for my appliance needs

For the first time I used the customer service on line department. It was easy, convienient with texting or emailing back and forth. It took awhile but, eventually the problem was solved and I was given a gift card toward a new faucet at the HomeDepot Victor store. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and patient while I narrowed down my choices. He carried my producct to the front and the cashier was also very professional and kind during the check out. The saleman even carried my product to the car! Customer service at it's BEST at the Depot!
