Great employees that help you find what you need. Shelves are filled with lots of options and easy quick checkout. Don’t know why you would shop anywhere else.

Great layout, clean store and lots of products you're not going to find at Lowes. Only option for checking out was to use a self service kiosk - if you want me to do work at your store give me a discount or pay me a salary.

Favorite Home Depot in upstate. Always enough employees to keep the lines running smoothly and always someone near by visible, knowledgeable and willing to help. Having kind employees is most important but having knowledgeable ones to is a recipe for success and happy customer.

We recently moved to the Victor area and are remodeling our home. We have made several visits to Home Depot in Victor and have been more than pleased with each visit. We have rented hardware floor refinishing equipment, dealt with the paint department, as well as various other departments. Our most recent visit was to purchase Levelor Faux blinds for our entire house. In each case the store associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond to help.

We purchased a new refrigerator and the sales associate was very helpful even with the Black Friday crowd. Home Depot always seems to have a good variety of the things you want from a home improvement store. I like the selection a little better than other stores. There were a lot of special sale items in many of the aisles that made it a little difficult to maneuver however, they were passable. I would recommend this store for your home improvement needs.

Home Depot Victor is probably one of the worst stores for customer service and product inventory. Most of the time the store list availability or products online, but when going to the store to purchase, I find the products are not available. A huge waste of time. The Henrietta store is much better managed and supplied.

Employees are great they help out whenever they can but the self check-outs suck majorly.

Beware if you schedule and pay for a measure in the Flooring department, computers lock up, takes forever and in my case I paid for a measure that never got scheduled, only to find out when I never got a call for the time. Customer Service person just made excuses and really didn't want to rectify, making things worse, very frustrating

All employees seem to be well informed about the location of items and will usually take you to the place in which it is located. I always get what I need when I go there. Great selection of all products and reasonable prices.

I've never had a problem finding an employee to answer my needs. Store is always clean. Great variety of plants which I always purchase there. Sometimes I have four or five people offer to help me even though I'm just browsing. Everyone is informed on which isle to find things. Never ran into any employee who wasn't pleasant and willing to help. Restrooms are always clean and supplied. Actually they are beautiful. I have purchased all my needs there for many many years. I recently moved and my Home Depot is just down the street from me. (I couldn't be happier). I visit, especially in the warmer months, at least once a week.
