Was looking at staples and an associate directed me to the ryobi 18v stapler that was on sale. I wouldn't have located and possibly would have bought one that would only suffice.

Between a remodeling project and spring planting, we have visited the Villa Rica store frequently the last couple of weeks. The customer service has been amazing. Proactive employees offering help, before I had to ask. We've had material delivered to our house, returns picked up more than once, and every representative I spoke to on the phone and in person were just wonderful. No hassle whatsoever in getting any of that done, I even received a follow up phone call to let me know my credit had been processed. Please keep up the great customer service!

This store managed to do some great hiring. The employees seem like they actually want to be there. Friendly and professional. Nice, clean store.

Management schedule employees causing a lack of help in your store ,hard to find help I have to get upset and say my feelings

all your Home Depot stores should be like the Villa Rica stores should be patterned after the Villa Rica store !

Cant even get around the store for all the ladders and freight sitting everywhere. Buggys full of trash everywhere

Dave Eads in doors, Leland and Kemp with ceiling fans. I rate 20/10. Intelligent, knowledgeable, courteous personnel. Will be getting countertops next. Also, contractor (last name Chapman) … put on an exterior door. This place and employees are second to none.

Visited Villa Rica store for convenience but I will add 16 miles to my trip and go to Douglasville

All associates have cared for my needs. A few know me from shopping there and goes beyond the job and truly loves what they do. I am often greeted my Jennifer G. While checking out Monique always makes me feel special by knowing my name. Joey is always willing to help me load up. Brandon at lumber desk always helps with my building needs. Very happy customer

If someone comes in and works in gardening don't move them up to electrical or plumbing because they don't know it and it makes them look bad because they don't know it. And you don't seem to care about that. Big issue at the Villa Rica store. Keep people where they're supposed to be

This Vila Rica store is one of the best HD that I shop at. The employees are friendly and always helpful. The store is always clean and easily accessible. I always have a pleasant experience. If I had to suggest anything would be to have more of the lumber carts available inside the store as well.

The customer service was great. I needed help loading boards on my cart and truck and the help I received was excellent. The two individuals picked quality boards and looked for boards that were not damaged. I wish the people that picked my delivery order from Lithia Springs used the same regard to quality

Bought 5gal of paint that ended up having to be painted over again for a 3rd time because it was thin. Was told by the employee that it was just as good as the paint I was asking about, they were out of, but obviously it was not. Wasted 130.00

What I purchased from the store and can't find other items I order them on line and have them delivered directly to my home Penelope and Justin are great help and great customer Service personnel...

I had what could have been a tricky situation as I had a return voucher from a failed appliance. Everyone from the service desk to the appliance center was very helpful! The helpdesk lady helped me and even confirmed my refund and walked us back to get with another team member in appliance. Susan was very helpful, and we didn't know what to look for but she guided us with excellent information and we made our purchase.Great job all around!

I went into the store today to buy some supplies with my dad and can I say that I am beyond impressed. The store is very clean & has a lot of things in stock. There is not much of a line to checkout & it’s quick and easy. I love coming to, not only this Home Depot , but to every one of them because of how efficient it is. I 100% would recommend this store to others.

I always find what I need here. The Team Members always go above and beyond to patiently help me. The store is well stocked, and clean. I've been to a couple competitors stores and this is the best and well run.

i like this store because its closer to my house and the employees are actually nice to be around, but i cant stand going if i need to use any kind of cart other then a regular buggy because they never have any available. i see them all over the store with product on them waiting to be stocked and all, you would think they would be able to store excess stock or stock waiting to be put up in a way that did not take away the customers means of getting products to the front to be able to spend money and purchase it.

I normally shop at another Home Depot location. I was in the area and thought I would stop in. Based on my visit this will now be my go to store for my home improvement needs.

I was looking for a ac window unit. I went to customer service and asked where I could find them. The girl told me I just have to walk around until I find one. So while I was looking Alex helped us and pulled one from the top shelf. Alex should get a raise.

Basically we went to buy a door and the guys manning the door section flat out told us didn’t have any steel doors. When we looked we eventually found a whole section of steel door. When we confronted them they made up this whole fabricated story of how the door we found online and in stock was unsellable and that they would give $200 off a $800 door. We knew what we wanted and kept getting push back. Finally got a manager, Clayton involved and lo and behold, we left with the door we wanted. AJ was also extremely helpful as well. The guys in the back should probably have a meeting about what the word no in sales does for a customer.

I had to get my locks changed at my house due to a change in life event. It was very stressful, but Leland helped me and went above and beyond to take care of me.

I appreciate the store staying up to date with the newest products. And the knowledge the employees have are very helpful and they are always eager to share.

Jamari and Kyle are always so helpful and friendly. They make shopping here enjoyable.
