Mr. Roy assisted me with some stubs I needed urgently to load my truck in a auto transport to move out state back to NJ, came to find out we are from the same state and town and same prior employer. His knowledge is indescribable, peoples person and he can get a measurement by looking at a video(at least for me need) please let Mr. Roy know that me and my kids made it to NJ with our veh thanks to him. We will go soon to visit. Thanks

Working a special event I was in need of having over 100 keys made and met the most wonderful crew RJ, Bre, and another young lady I didn’t get her name and I feel badly about that. But this crew made sure that I held the keys to the Kingdom they rally together and they got it done we got 100 keys made in less than an hour this team at the store rocks

Had help in plumbing but both employees knew nothing, got wrong items I went back because of this and I'm returning the items they suggested.

I bought a drill it’s great

I had an excellent experience with purchasing an oven. It was explained to me thoroughly excellent customer service.

I buy 28 baseboard asked for help, but the excuse was everybody was out to lunch so I had to put everything by myself in the truck very disappointed with this particular Home Depot

My favorite store and service is always great

Our family was assisted by the staff there and ion particular, by a supervisor named Samantha. She assisted us in purchasing several doors and locks for a home project. She was exceptional— walking us through the process of ensuring measurements were accurate, correct locks were purchased and minor things that we hadn’t considered with door installation were addressed. It was a positive learning experience with this employee and we will back for our next project.

Over the years I have been shopping at Home Depot, West Colonial. The great customer service, help offered by courteous staff members, and employees, serve as a reminder that we still have stores with great employees working therein. Enjoy doing business at this location.
