I always buy from Home depot for both of my houses. The experience is great, nothing to complain about...

Easy to get to and always helpful store associates in this location.

The store manager needs to get more people on the floor to help customers retrieve items not at hand. There are also many smaller items that get mixed up in the wrong bins, etc. Thats not the fault of the associates but help is needed in sorting these items on a regular basis. The average guy may not always pay attention to whats in the bin versus whats supposed to be there. Paying attention to the little details will go a long way to total customer satisfaction.

Huge assortment, but don't worry the greeter will guide you to the correct location(s) for the products you are looking for. Friendly and efficient cashiers at checkout.

The store associates go out of their way to make sure you are helped. They provide help on product usage, options and next steps. Very impressed with the folks here.

Bill from the Carpeting/Tile Desk was incredibly helpful. I tried to figure things out on my own and had a lot of trouble deciding colors/materials/backsplash materials etc because I am a homeowner, not a designer. Bill helped me choose a complete room design including materials and colors for high quality porcelain floor tiles, travertine backsplash tiles, accent tiles, grout and caulk. Excellent advice, that has very much assisted me and my husband perform a complete kitchen renovation without contractors. Excellent employee.

Several associates available to help, no waiting and I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes after getting what I needed. Great experience!

I am a very happy customer! Not thinking I would be successful in my quest for materials to build a table for a train set, I asked an associate for assistance and was pleasantly surprised with the assistance of this associate and another associate in the hardware department. They not only gave me advice on putting together a sturdy table for the children to use, but also suggested the less complicated approach to make it a great project to do! I can't say enough about the employees that worked with me and I am sure this will be a welcomed item by the children! Typical experience at Home Depot today. Had to search a bit for the items I required, but they had them. The store personnel "usually" know where things are: that's better than a few years ago. Picked up an item for a Christmas present: they're starting to put them out little by little now.

hadn't been in this store in a while(was going to Lowes and Walmart). looks like they did something different, very pleasantly surprised, better displays, prices looked good, more employees

The associates there are very knowledgeable, and friendly. Place to go to with ideas in fixing problems, get good recommendation on what things to buy, things to watch. In general, very pleasant place to go to. They have answers to almost all the day-to-day problems regarding house maintenance. Their price is good too.

The employees are friendly, helpful and I have way to much fun here exploring the multitude of products in each department. The guys that cut the wood are the best, they help me on a little project, and I thank them so much, there Great! Really great finds and buys!

We're catching up on much needed repairs on our townhouse and have been hitting the paint department hard. We found a Behr product for restoring wood and concrete and exhausted what was left of the supply in the store. When we needed more, the manager, Pam, ran to another store to get it for us, allowing us to keep our work on schedule. Pam, John, and the others whose names I'm not remembering, they've all been great.

Every time I go to any Home Depot store I have a really good experience. Perhaps my inner constructor simply loves all the tools and parts available at the stores. However, I honestly have to say that based on my experience I never go wrong with Home Depot stores. I always find what I need and there is always something new in the store for me to use next time. As an example, I recently had a personal experience with the plumbing/piping "Shark" parts and tools. they are amazing! I was able to do some piping work for hot and cold water and everything was just so simple and made my life a lot easier and faster.

Very helpful associates in one of the most visited HomeDepot in the area. The store is well stocked and accessible.

I needed 8 outlet covers to complete the job and the store only had 4. I called another store and the associate who I spoke with was able to accomodate my need so I could complete the job. The associate at this store was helped me find the product I was looking store and gave me the phone number for the Ewing store.
