I ALWAYS have had excellent customer service at the Watertown store. I'm a diy-er, sometimes I have to figure things out by myself. Or with the help of staff at the home Depot. I have always been treated with respect, not ever condescendingly. If it's an item I need that's available here, even if it's available elsewhere, I shop home Depot.

Art in electrical, helped me find a cover plate I needed that took several minutes due to another person stocking it in the wrong aisle.

This was the only Shopping are in the Watertown area this summer that offered such a great buy on treated landscape timbers and I was able to buy some to completed a project at the house! Thanks for good prices on landscape timbers!

Store associates seem inconvenienced while assisting costumers, this was evident by a work glove displayed at the register, folded to show only the middle finger (I wish I could upload the photo I took). If you shop this store I hope you are not easily offended.

Good employees and lots of cool stuff. All the things you need, and most of what you want.

If you need flooring go see Kristina B. she was wonderful and detailed which I appreciated. She answered all my questions and got back to me when she said she would.. Nice to see people still have customer service skills..

Great store, friendly, knowledgeable and very fast and willing to help. Got a fast quote for our buikding needs. Also purchased my flowers there, great prices and extremely healthy. I know there is lots of competition out there, but this will be my first stop. Should be yours too.

Great customer service at this store, mu favorite home depot in the area

stay out of the garden center check off . employee could barely open the door to wait on you and shut it quickly. yes it was cold but even colder out where i was he could have at least spoke one word instead of just shutting the door on me as fast as he could after he opened it only a crack to take my money and give my change . i had to ask for a receipt he was very rude .

Very friendly people that work at the curricular store. And they're always most helpful when trying to make a selection or just to find various products that I'm looking for.

Although Watertown residents seem to flock to Home Depot's biggest competitor, you know who...the Customer service here @ the College Hts location off Coffeen Street is far superior. The selection and bargains available are far better. Save some money and be treated in a friendly manner. Head to Home Depot the help is immediate & you won't be wandering around for a salesclerk either! Old time friendly... it's like the town Hardware store from the 1960's but bigger!

The atmosphere in this store was very welcoming, clean, and organized. We went in looking for help with a deck design and possible purchase. The associates sat with us as we asked many questions and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided to purchase the deck package that day and finalizing the purchase was a breeze with the customer services associates.

Customer service is superb, friendly and knowledgeable. They beat Lowes hands down!

The Watertown Home Depot was clean and neatly organized. The cashier was very friendly as were others around the checkout area.

I purchased a house about 1 Year ago. I have been in the improvement mod and I use Home Depot, Watertown store, to get ideas and to buy the necessary item to do the improvements. Staff in very helpful and friendly and the store always seems to be well stocked with great prices on the goods. I use the online services and shipping is quick and spot on with the order. Returns to the store are quick and very easy.

THE STAFF IN OUR STORE ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO MAKE MY SHOPPING PLEASANT AND ARE HELPFUL. THEY GO THE EXTRA DISTANCE TO MAKE ME HAPPY. THE STORE IS NEAT AND CLEAN , EASY TO FIND THINGS.

Received help from employees and were prompt and courteous will be visiting store again

It is Oct 6, it's getting windy and cold . I NEEDED an exterior door quickly ! Ian & Miranda answered all my questions. I was able to purchase the door and have it delivered to my home in 24 hrs.

Scott niles was awesome and Jimmy T was ok. The store will see more of me compared to Lowes.

Watertown, NY store at 391 College Heights, has a store employee named Jimmy T. He is the best store assistant I have ever ment. I recommend him to all my friends. He takes the time to ask questions about your project so he understands what you are doing. Then, he not only gets what you need quickly, but he makes sure you know how to do your project safely and correctly. Since I need a rider cart due to arthritis handicap, he helped me get everything into my car. I go to Home Depot instead of Lowe's for all my home repair projects just because of Jimmy T. In my opinion, he deserves a raise for the way he makes consumers want to return to Home Depot for future projects.

Watertown, NY store# 6174 employee Jimmy T is the best person I have ever ment. He was more helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and time saving than any store assistant I have ever ment. He asked questions to make sure he understood what I needed to do. Then he quickly got everything I needed to complete my project. He helped me select the best items I needed. He explained how to use each item correctly. Because I am handicapped with arthritis, it is hard for me to stand and to use my hands. He give very helpful advice and stepped me through my home repair job to make sure I understood how to do each step safely and correctly. With advice on how to make the job easier for me with my handicap. He deserves a raise! I will recommend him to all my friends. Jimmy T is the best, most valuable, employee Home Depot has in my opinion.

Had a product I was looking to purchase display and in stock

I was very pleased with my service in this store. And I bought the product cheaper then I would of paid in other home improvement stores.

While purchasing a storm door Eric was helpful and explained different features of the various door levels. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, great reflection on the store. I will now make this the only place I shop for home improvement items.Mac

Everywhere we needed assistance there was someone there to help us with knowledgable suggestions.
