Had a great experience and Associate Josh Hall was very friendly and very versed on products.

Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, personable and helpful staff work at Watertown's Home Depot.

The store associates were the most helpful in finding my plant hangers . Even during checkout 1 hanger did not have a tag and the associate was very helpful in finding the price on her computer.

The customer service was excellent. I was greeted by Cynthia who was a great help at finding items in the store and answering any questions I had. During previous visits at the store I have had good experiences with Cynthia and know to look for her if I need any assistance. She has always been friendly and willing to help (nice to know she is never too busy for a customer). There are a number of other great store employees that are generally around to help as well.

I saw a Sale Price on a three door refrigerator. Asked an associate for extra information and purchased my new frig.

I needed help in paint, an associate called for someone and she arrived promptly, even though, she said she had to come from the other side of the store. I asked her a painting question which she easily answered.

A clean store, well stocked, and all associates were very willing to help me. The customer service exceeded my expectations. My experience wqs very positive and I would not hesitate to return and would recommend to a friend. Keep up the good work!!

EVERY CORNER I TOOK A SALES ASSOCIATE WOULD APPROACH ME ASKING IF I WAS IN NEED OF ANY ASSISTANCE. AFTER PAYING FOR MY ITEMS THE CASHIER ASKED IF I REQUIRED ANY ASSISTANCE TO LOAD THEM INTO MY VEHICLE, I DECLINED. ON MY WAY OUT OTHER ASSOCIATES STARTED ASKING IF I NEEDED ASSISTANCE. This visit to Home Depot was for the purpose of purchasing mulch and potting soil. I was able to find the products I needed immediately in the convenient and well- organized garden center.

This store is in a great location just minutes from Fort Drum, The staff is very friendly and knows their stuff.

I needed to shop at Home Depot for some items from various departments and a similar store for an item not stocked in the Home Depot. The Staff at Home Depot in all 3 departments were friendly and professional. They made me feel important. The Staff at the other store were the opposite and surely not professional.

I recently stopped at this store to purchase some painting supplies and some paint. A young Man named Toni was working there. He was unbelievably friendly, helpful and had a great demeanor. He made my shopping easy and a pleasure. Great job Toni. A cashier named Kim was also very nice. Toni was so great I actually took the time to talk with a Manager about my experience. Very well run store!!

I've gone to Lowe's several times looking for specific items and quickly gave up - the employees were hard to find, didn't have the knowledge I needed or were just plain rude. I'm now going to Home Depot, and I will never switch back. The employees at Home Depot are pleasant and knowledgeable, and I never have a problem finding what I need.

Waited a long time at Paint desk, had questions and concerns about product being purchased, after a considerably long wait another associate came to help, and was quite helpful and very friendly.

Over the years I have dealt with Lowes and didn't shop much at Home Depot. Lately I have been dissatisfied with Lowes and visited the local Home Depot. This store is beautiful! It is so clean and welcoming and the people are 10x friendlier! Awesome service, awesome products, awesome people. This will forever be my new place to shop. Goodbye Lowes, hello Home Depot!

They seem to be nicer at this store versus the competition. Availability is just like all the rest. Somtimes you get lucky, sometimes you walk out due to waiting for 30 minutes, or no one available.
