GOOD STORE IT WAS EASYTO GET WHAT I NEED THE SEVICE WAS GREAT.

It took 30 minutes to get assistance in getting a light bulb.

I am generally a Lowes shopper but would like to say my trip to Home Depot panned out. I was fortunate to find the mulch for our yard project to be stocked in abundance & the variety to choose from was reasonable, although we already knew what we wanted. The store was clean and the cashier in the garden area was very pleasant.

Store was clean and products were readily available. Associates were always on hand to help locate products and provide helpful information regarding installation of products.. For me it is always a pleasant experience shopping at this Home Depot.

I needed help getting 25' of chain cut to order. The bucket in front, bottom shelf, only had several small leftover pieces. because I have temporary physical limitations, I asked my wife to squat down and see if there was another bucket behind,which there was. She tried to pull it out but could not. Enter the star of Jose, he came around the corner and immediately sprang into action. He must of sensed my pain and quickly disarmed my uncomfortableness with his superb sense of humor and obvious joy in helping others. This is so rare in most retail today. What a bright spot on your sales floor. Well done Jose, keep up the good work.

I went to have a new key made because my friend keeps losing his house key. I needed a pattern or a neon color that stood out. So I walk up and looking at the key the woman takes my key and grabs a generic key, cuts it and hands it to me. REALLY?! Completely dissatisfied. I would have said something but I was in shock. I don't even think it's the right key because the bottom of the key is a completely different pattern.

The store is always clean and in order, I have shopped here for years it's my favorite home improvement store. The associate that help me when I was looking at the light bulbs was fantastic. He help me once before and he is always the same nice, courteous, reliable etc. you don't have another associate like him. Wow, it would help if I knew his name. The next time I shop I will tell you quickly what his name is.

The store was clean. All associates that I came in contact with were pleasant and offered their help, wanting to know if I found everything I was looking for.

My wife and I was able to get in and out quickly before I had to go to work. We bought a new 40v Ryobi weed eater and some equipment to fix up some lighting and fan issues. We love Home Depot for their products.

I went here on July 11, 2015, to purchase a range oven and microwave while it was on sale. I got a very good deal but the store employee seemed preoccupied and not wanting to help me understand the product. They delivered the range on July 17 but the deliverers said the microwave was missing in the warehouse. I called this store many times and waited more than 20 minutes each time until someone answered. Each phone call I made, I had to re-explain my issue. First, they said they had to find out why the microwave was missing in the warehouse. By July 20, they still could not find it and I told them it wasn't my fault it was missing and asked why I had to wait virtually forever until they could find it. I told them to reorder the same microwave and they promised it would be delivered by July 27, sometime between 5 and 8 PM. By 8:30 PM, it still had not arrived. I called this store's manager and he reassured me I was the next delivery scheduled. Still by 9:30 PM, one hour later, there was no delivery to be seen. I called this store's manager and he said he would leave an e-mail to the delivery company. I called the next morning to the delivery company and they said they would reschedule the delivery date on July 31. Then, suddenly, I received a phone call from the delivery worker and they said that the microwave will be delivered actually on July 28th. Overall, a very messy, unprofessional delivery experience.

Love biding the store. Find most of household items I wanted.

It always smells great in the morning. People and staff are on point
