I was surprised at how clean the store was & how available the staff was. I was in & out in about 5mins... I used the stores website before coming in & was able to show the staff a screenshot of what I wanted & they gave recommendations for the project I'm working on. This was a quick purchase.

The store was, as always, in great shape. I had purchased the wrong size item and returned it as an exchange for the correct size. It went very smoothly. I was in and out in 10 minutes. This store has become one of the friendliest Home Depot's that I have been to. Keep it up!

Called ahead to verify that they had firewood in stock. First associate outside did not know if or where this was. Went inside and female associate did not think so but called associate Charles whom I had spoken to in the phone and they both went and pulled the firewood for me! Smores will happen for my nieces and nephew as promised! Thank you :)

Home Depot is the number one store that I shop at for home supplies. They always have what I am looking for. The products or items that they sell always stimulates my mind for ideas when I shop or look around.

I've learned don't wait until the last day of the sale shop early, everyone else also waited till the last minute to buy so the area was very busy! Don't go around dinner time the associates are also at dinner or leaving for the end of their shift. If you are patience they will take great care of you.

I used the Paint Dept. on 7/3/15, at 1 PM EST. The dept. was very busy, the staff of 4 working hard to help the many clients needing assistance at once. Very good job folks!

I always shop at Home Depot. When the store is stocking aisle yes it appears cluttered, but otherwise the aisle are clear. As a female if I act like I do not know what I want and just need advise, it is usually given with helpfulness. However this is from a female point of view. Returning of items was so easy, no one was at the Return counter, which is unusual. I do not use the apps, but i do use self checkout.

I was told that someone would come and help me cutting some wood. Waited forever!!! I had to ask again in a mean way to get someone right away. First time in the home depot on 7022 west colonial, orlando fl and last time. Never had that bad customer service in any other home depot store.

This store has friendly, helpful staff. The paint department is very knowledgeable and fast. The cashiers are efficient. But most importantly, to me, they allow my dog to come in with me. Thanks so much!

Store overall is the best for my line of work. Has everything thing I need and when in doubt employees help me right away!

This home Depot is decent but the area it is in is rough area. Not my favorite to go to but it is okay when I need something and its around the corner from where I might be driving

Purchased at Oviedo for my property in Pine Hills. Was able to pick up the items locally instead of hauling them all over the place. Huge benefit to me.

I am always satisfied with visits to this Home Depot store. The last time I was here, I was just browsing and got really great pricing on metal flower pots. I had to move quickly today, so I called in advance for hedge clippers and was told the various prices and types. When I got there, I knew exactly what I wanted, I followed the signs in this clean, well lit store. I grabbed the clippers I wanted and went to self check out. I needed some help. I looked up and the clerk came right over. I was out of there in total time 10 minutes.
