good job at the pro desk picking up my parts for my company

Sales staff is very courteous and helpful. They are willing to walk you over to items and explain usefulness.

I went to Home Depot 5 times today because I/my helper wasn't sure how much product we would need. For three of the five visits Store Associate, Cazzie Jones, was available to help me. He was also very friendly. I liked the fact that one of the desk people at the "Pro" desk noticed my multiple visits an offered great advice. Thanks, Home Depot.

Going to Home Depot is like going to visit a friend. Store Associates (all the way to the Store Manager) are friendly and helpful. If they do not know the answer to your question/problem they find someone who does. I have never left this Home Depot feeling frustrated. Thank you West Long Branch Home Depot.

Stores are clean. Product selection and availability are quite good, better than other stores. Product prices are better or equal to this of any other store. And quality is usually very good for prices being charged. Employees are usually quite knowledgeable, not only of products in their department, but also of the aisle location of items in other departments. One area that could be better is department associate availability. At times, it takes a while to find one.

I went in to purchase something I knew nothing about, Jim was eager to show me the products on offer and provided advice on what would suit my requirements better. Store is always well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I like this store because I can always find someone to help me. Whether my question is about gardening supplies, plumbing, electrical or a building project. There is always a store associate who is able to provide me with suggestions and/or answers.

Although not finding what I had once purchased there before, I was able to find a substitute product which has satisfied my requirements.

Whenever I go into this store and walk past an store associate, they always ask me if I need help!

AS ALWAYS IT WAS EASY TO FIND THINGS. HELPFUL STAFF WHEN ASKED OR SOMETIMES NOT EVEN WHEN YOU ASK THEYRE HELPING. USED THE SELF CHECKOUT AND WAS EASY TO USE.

Everything was easy to find. Franklin, Linda, and Glen were attentive to all of my questions and very helpful.

Just needed some Great Stuff foam and some cleaning products. Everything was where I thought it would be without the need to ask an associate. And, on a busy, rainy day, the check-out was still relatively quick and pleasant.

Home Depot is a home away from home. I pretty much know where to find everything. The sales people are always so helpful (they must see a woman looking). The last time we were there, JR was our cashier--very pleasant, polite and deserves recognition. I am a retired teacher and when I had to call a parent, 10 % of the calls were to complain about how their child was acting in class and 90% was to praise them. Tell JR he was doing a fantastic job.

I found what I needed & Home Depot had plenty of these items in stock.

Bought some flowers and in he staff outside were able to help me find what I was looking for and ring me up outside!

Plenty of sales people available to help. The check out person even told me to use my Home Depot card to get a 5% discount
