Katie and Jasmine at service desk did an awesome job! Efficient, fast, and very very kind. It's refreshing to finally go to a retail store and deal with people who actually like their job with manners. Way to go Service desk ladies!!! Best Home Depot I've ever been to.

Terrible place. There are lots of employees walking around that don’t know anything. There is NEVER anyone in the department you need even though there many employees walking around they will all tell you that’s not their department before you even ask a question. I called customer service while waiting in the store to ask for help and the lady told me to walk to another department and ask really! I’m not going to walk around your store and look for your employees. No one came to help. Terrible service

I like shopping at Home Depot mainly because they always have what I need and their employees are knowledgeable and friendly, especially Jasmine. Thank you

Very clean & neat store , products are at a great price , as well as great customer service , along with employees through the store making it easy to find help anywhere throughout the store, and also what's great is that the employees that you have help you in a specific area that they are stationed in that you need help in are very knowledgeable about the products , making so very easy on your shopping , it relieves alot of stress also by finding out detail on your product that makes it completely certain to you in your mind that , "yes this is exactly what I need", So yes it's just a great store all the way around , and you should go on in , because they just make you feel at ease and you know help is just right there as soon as you come in , and you always will receive the warmest greet any and every time you walk on in !!!!

I couldn't find any spackling in the drywall section, not knowing that it wasn't kept in that area of the store. Someone saw that I looked lost and showed me to the aisle that I was supposed to be in.

The store is a great place to shop! Plus...it's 3 blocks from where I live. The associates there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Now on that note, If my store that I go to doesn't have a item I need, there's another right down the road and they will have it.

Do you have a small painting repair and are out of paint? Bring in a dime size paint chip (or chips, maybe from under a fixture). Have them color match the paint with a sample size, $3 to $5 (Behr premium brand). They even match the finish (satin, gloss, etc.) Now use the sample for the repair and your done. I just did this after using the wrong paint to touch up after a towel bar install. It saved me from buying a quart and spending the afternoon painting... Best part I didn't have to traverse the store 3 times (my biggest HD issue), the paint counter is right up front and the employees are very helpful.

Vicki in the paint department was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. She took the time to hear my situation and give me all options. Using her expertise to guide me to what was best for us! Thank you Vicki!

Was greeted at entrance and asked if I needed assistance. Thought I could do it on my own, my mistake. Went to greeter whom had assistance for me in minutes. The gentleman who helped me was so kind, knowledgeable and patient. He made sure I had exactly what I needed! Wonderful experience... and it was a busy Saturday afternoon!!!!

This is a well organized store with a helpful and friendly staff. Lot of parking spaces and clean parking lot, I love their garden center

We received shopping brochure from Home Depot re: large discounts for purchasing their appliances from this store on the 4th of July. We looked at the full display of refrigerators on the floor and found the one we liked and ordered accordingly for delivery next week. Our appliance specialist was very helpful in selecting our LG refrigerator.

I started out in the customer service area at the entrance explaining I was looking for siding. The initial person directed me to the building area where a very nice peson (name unknown) when he understood I knew nothing sent me back to customer service and the lady there ( I don't know her name personally brought me to the contractor desk where I was serviced first by John and then by Jack. Both were very patient and it most important to note they were nicely cooperative. I know absolutely nothing about almost anything to do with home repairs and they still treated me with respect and were concerned that I was able to get what I needed.

I found the products I wanted most of the time pretty easily. Sometimes I require assistance, and I got it. I go to this store day after day and week after week

Shopping at home depot is always a pleasure for me and my family, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product that you sell.

Margo was my saleswoman. She was very patient and helpful. She transferred me to Christine and Jasmine who helped with order because it was a very large one. They’ve been very helpful and they are keepers.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop. I bought cleaning supplies, a Bar-b-Q grill, patio furniture, plants tools etc for my homes. I get excited with the many products for my home. I have always been able to find a helpful associate whenever I need help..

I would like to say that the two young women that helped me were the best. Wanda And Cinthya . They deserve some praise. Thank you both
