You can rent what you need and bring them back when the job is done. In fact, if you found the tools so useful that you didn't want to return them, we have used tools available for purchase. The retired rental tools are discounted compared to the new items in our aisles.

Leaf Blowers
Try renting a leaf blower to blow away leaves. Fall will be here soon, so have a leaf blower ready to go. It's much easier than raking. It's also great to use on concrete sidewalks, hardscaping surfaces, and driveways. Choose from backpack, walk-behind, or handheld leaf blowers.

Chainsaws
Maintain the safety and beauty of the trees and woody shrubs in your yard with a rental chainsaw. As this likely isn't a tool you'll need daily, try renting it when it's time for some yard cleanup. It's much easier to spot any troublesome branches and do basic trimming once the leaves are off the trees. We carry gas and electric chainsaws, so you're sure to find one that fits the job.

If you dislike working or being outside in the cold, check out our heater rentals. Portable heaters keep outdoor events, barns, or workspaces warm. How do I know if I can rent the tool I want?

Stop by your local Rental Center to see what's available. You can also call first to ask about a tool, or look at our tool rental page to see if it's offered at your favorite store. If it's not, check another nearby store or call our Rental Center associates to locate where that tool may be available. How long can I rent tools?

You can rent a tool for four hours or longer. Simply choose the length of time that suits you. Small DIY projects may only require a rental for a few hours, and we can accommodate large projects as well. You have options to rent tools by the day, week, or month, too. If you need it longer than anticipated, call the Rental Center to arrange an extension and avoid late fees.

When can I bring the tools back?

You can return the tools early if you finish your project sooner than predicted, but on time works, too. As long as you return it by the deadline you were given when you rented it, you'll be good to go. Please clean off any residual dust, mud, and grime from the tool as well. If you need it longer, give the rental center a call to see if you can extend your rental period.

Do saw rentals come with saw blades?

Yes, power saw rentals generally come with blades, but we do recommend that you buy your own. Your rental likely won't come with a new blade. However, you may luck out and receive an excellent one. As there's no guarantee, it's better to purchase a suitable blade, just in case you need it.
