This store for me is head and shoulders above their competition when it comes to the availability of a wide selection of items that are needed for almost any kind of task. Also, the employees a this store almost always take whatever time is needed to endure that the customer has exactly what they need for the job at hand.

Employee's are unhelpful and rude. Was given the wrong information of what they did and did not have in stock. Purchased the wrong leaf attachment for our zero turn lawnmower. When trying to return and get the correct one was waited on by two of the rudest employee's. The middle aged gentleman that I was unfortunate enough to have "help" me acted like my question's annoyed and agitated him. He kept repeating "I don't know" .."I don't know how long delivery takes" ..I don't know how much they are"... I left and made my $400 purchase somewhere else, where the employee's wer

I spoke with a lady manager who was rude,snippy and very unprofessional!

I'm the type of guy that never asks for help, well today I needed help, I had to cut off the brass ring that holds in the cartridge for the shower control, turns out that part is pretty hard to find. I went to 2 local "mom and pop" places, in both places I had to ask for help, and both left me high and dry. Then I went to Home Depot, I was immediately assisted, by the kindest women working the plumbing section. She helped me locate the part and get my (only) bathroom running before Christmas.

I like this store because everything is usually in the same location, so I do not have to wonder around looking for things. I shop here at least 4 to 5 times a week. Much easier than there neighbor!

Customer Service is not what it should be if they want to keep customers coming in. While they were friendly IF you were acknowledged, finding someone who wanted to help was difficult.

Inform your employees at White Lake that although the marquis bear paint states it is guaranteed, it is NOT if you have an older bear color not on the approved booklet and shows that on your computer when making it. If I would have known the hassle and embarrassment it caused, I would have changed the color. If you state one coat, it should be one coat, no exceptions. Again, thank Patsy #2710 in Dearborn Heights for her wonderful customer service in resolving my situation.

Most of the employees were very helpful, and the checkout person was very courteous and took time to make sure we were helped to our car with the purchases we made. We are senior citizens and not always able to navigate large stores easily. But because of one young man in the tile department we were able to, with his help, find just what we needed.

This store was clean and the employee help me find my product instead of going up and down every aisle.

This store is by far better than other home improvement stores. Great helpful employees and they have what I need on a daily basis. I can get in and get out easily in the morning with no hassle. The store knows me by name and values my business. Highly recommend using the White Lake Home Depot!

Salesperson Melissa Fenchel was excellent. She made our shopping experience much easier. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was in stock in the appliance dept. and great deals. Thanks Melissa for helping use with our purchase of a Washer & Dryer and dishwasher. Great Prices too.

The employees were not willing to help. If you need anything during your shopping trip find a short yellow ladder and get it yourself. Also make sure to not interrupt an employee on while they are using their cell phone.

Most of the employees at the White Lake Home Depot are great and they want to help us in our home improvement needs. Home Depot prides itself on their employees and most are polite, friendly, and professional. If you have an issue with a rude employee they will address the issue, but you should always make them aware of the problem. Home Depot is necessary when doing any home improvement project and I believe the White Lake Home Depot works hard at being the best place to shop.
