Products are easy to find but sometimes you can`t find what you looking for so i have to go to other home depot or i have to see online. Cashier was nice and friendly

Main issues with store: Items not on shelves when website says there are lots of them in store. Store employees can't find items in the back for 15 minutes saying they're still not unloaded from truck. Order through the website to ensure they find the items for you only to be emailed items not available. When items are available there is a long wait in front of pickup area to make you wonder if it would've been faster to just come by to grab items from shelves. But then you wonder if items are on shelves or are they still in the truck in the back. If you don't order items from web you don't know what the store price is, because there is absolutely no price scanner anywhere. You wait on a long line to checkout just to find out the price is not what you thought it is. You ask worker price of an item and they just make something up instead of actually scan the item with a price scanner. One more thing: that map on the iPhone app - it is totally confusing because it does not highlight the store entrance so you don't know where you're positioned on the map.

Horrible disarray , never enough registers open. Always dirty.

I bought a new stainless steel gas range on Friday 10/25/2018 from Robert of Appliances. Wonderful shopping experience. Because of that positive experience, I decided to buy a new stainless steel refrigerator on Saturday 10/26/2018 from Joe of Appliances. Again, a Wonderful shopping experience. Both Sales Clerks were knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and had a positive attitude that made MY BUYING EXPERIENCE as pleasant as could be. Good work, gentlemen.

The security in the garden shop have no purpose other than check on the cashiers, because they stand right there watching you check out. Their only purpose is to annoy the shopper and prolong check out

DISGRACEFUL behavior on the part of employees. I waited 40 minutes until I demanded to see a manager. my order was mumbled and grumbled so I had to ask everything to be repeated. very rude employees more intent on drinking their coffee and talking than helping anyone.

Staff are friendly, helpful and willing to provide assistance all the time.

Cashiers need to smile more.

I didnt like the way I was spoken by the self checkout assistance person who rudely told me to put my plant on the scale and after I said it was scanned already, she opened her eyes wider at me and said she knows that loudly. That's unwelcoming and uncomfortable for customers to experience such attitude. Not shopping there again to be embarrassed.

worse experience ever first they call me to let me know that my order was ready and i drove 30 minutes from home and thinking that my order was ready or was in process to be completed. once i arrived to the store i ask for my order and they tell me is there, i ask for 11 cases of flooring wood and all they have was 6 cases which 2 of them was damaged, once i ask to one of the employees they tell me to wait until they locate the rest of my order. i wait for 2 hours and they lost 3 employees in the back room looking for my products, all the front end cashier tell me was sorry i don't know what happen maybe is on top and they looking for it so if you wanna wait you can wait, at that point i say not i take my refund so after all that time they tell me sorry come another day or call before you come.

The Associates are always very helpful taking me to what I am looking for and answering my questions in detail and friendly. The store is always clean and neat, as soon as you enter the store the specials are upfront so you can see whats on sale. If there is no bar code on what I am buying the cashier will go to the section where I found it and get the bar-code for me.

Some employees are great...The supervisors need better training...

Service has improved greatly, and the associates more helpful!

I was sent by your associates to many different departments that told me they were not the ones to see. Finally when I got the gentleman who was suppose to help named George he was purchasing something at the cashier and had me and my mother wait until he was done. we then came back he still was at the register he asked my mom if she was ready my mom replied are you ready he got an attitude and called to another lady saying what does that mean. He then proceeded to laugh with another associate on what my mom said to him. I asked for a manager Evan he never came although they kept calling for him.

Good Customer Service. Could use a bit more floor personnel during peak hours and weekends.

The service at this store is poor. I paid for delivery and extra for a specific time frame. My delivery never arrived in that time frame. Trying to contact the store to see about my deliver long waits and no real resolution.

The store has lots of parking space. It's very clean and items are well organized. It Has a wide variety of available items. The the waiting time to pay is very short and the customer service is excellent.
