No, DEWALT does not manufacture a non-ratcheting T-handle Set.
This has 3 positions- ratcheting clockwise and counter clockwise PLUS in the middle it will lock so that it doesn't ratchet at all.
Working parallel to the wall, how close can the handle get? I need to tighten a lot of those tiny set screws that fasten towel bars, etc to bathroom walls.
Hi Carol, since this T-handle can ratchet, you can position the handle vertically with the longer side upright and the bit parallel to the wall and make small ratcheting turns within a space as narrow as 1 to 1½ inches.

It has 12 metric hex bits and 12 SAE hex bits, 6 sizes of each. 3mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 1/8" 9/64", 5/32", 3/16",1/4", 5/16". There are also two lengths of each size: 1-3/8" and either 4-5/8" (for 3mm, 1/8" 9/64") or 6-1/2" (for the rest). There is an assortment of flat and Phillips screw driver bits that are 5-7/8" and a ratcheting handle.
