The griddle is about 44.5" wide from left to right (including any side handles, shelves, etc.).

Can this be set up with no legs as a table griddle?
We do not recommend using it that way. It has been tested to be a stand alone unit and shouldn't be modified for tabletop use.
Can you use small propane bottles?
These are set up for the 20lb propane tanks.

We do not currently have an attachable hood for this model, but the hard cover sku: 5003 would work great for protecting the griddle and then acts as a wind guard when hung off the back.
