Q:How do you clean the grill of rust that develops? Prob just have to get a new one from the looks of this.

A:  If you properly season this griddle it should not rust with proper care. Do some searching on how to season carbon steel, blackstone even has content on this topic.

    A:  This unit does not have a rotisserie option. It is to be used with the griddle top only to protect the burners underneath.

      Q:I just ordered the blackstone 28" griddle. Model number 1517. Does it come with the propane house or do I need to purchase one? I looked up the manual and it doesn't show it on the assembly inductions.

      A:  The propane hose comes attached to the unit itself so you will not need to purchase one. It is pre-assembled.
