Can the trim be rotated 90 degrees so it is elongated horizontally? What are the dimensions of the trim? (it cannot exceed a height of 2.75" for my door) Thanks!

Can this be used as a dummy knob and install the two sides on two different doors without the latch? I do not see this style has a dummy knob option. thanks!
You’d have to drill holes in one of the plates, not sure how it would look.

Does this come with a circular strike plate?
It comes with a rectangular strike plate with a lip, there is a circular strike plate option part # 10-058 that is another option they could use but it has to be purchased separately.You can visit your local Home Depot retailer.
