- Compact shipping: your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage, these normally flatten within 3-7 days, you can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands; the backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat, for the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease; use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease

Does this rug track footprints? Is it velvety?
Hi Lisa. The Unique Loom New Classical Olympia rug has a direction pile that may change from light to dark depending on which direction the pile is brushed in or viewed from. As you step on the rug, the footprints may show as the pile direction changed. The Polyester material in the rug gives it a sheen similar to a velvety look.
When I think of terracotta, I think of a dark, or burnt, orange, but the images on my PC look bright orange. Trying to get a sense if this is a bright or a dark orange.
This rug does have a terracotta hue to it, but it is a brighter orange than other terracotta colors.
Does this rug contain fire retardant? I.e. how flammable is it?

I am interested in the green color of this rug. It appears different on my phone and computer screen. Is this a vibrant yellow green or a softer hue?

Karen6616- A rug pad is not always recommended for the the Arcadia Light Green Runner. We would advise that depending on the surface and size as well as if the rug will have furniture placed on it will dictate if a rug pad is truly necessary. I hope this helps!
