Questions & Answers
Can you choose a bypass door for this kit?
Unfortunately, no - the Infinity-Z shower door does not have any sort of an option to make it a bypass sliding door and the only available configuration for the Infinity-Z is one sliding door, one stationary panel. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!
Does the surround cones in white or does it only come in blue?
This product listing does not include a wall surround - it is only for the glass door and the shower base. The walls you see in this listing are digital images for illustrative purposes only. If you would like a white wall surround, there are 2 options. You could either purchase the QWALL-VS acrylic wall set separately (model # SHBW-1560760-00), or you could get a different package altogether that would include a different QWALL acrylic wall product plus the shower door and shower base (model # DL-6117R-04CL). Do both shower doors slide? The video only shows the right side door sliding.
The Infinity-Z only features one door that slides and the other glass will remain stationary. If you are interested in models that feature dual-sliding doors, you will want to look at "bypass" sliding shower door models such as the Duet, Duet Plus, Encore, etc. If you have any other questions, we invite you to contact our DreamLine PreSales Consultants at 866-282-8413. How sturdy is the base? My husband is a big guy and I have to make sure it won?t sag
All DreamLine SlimLine shower bases require a bed of mortar for installation. Right out of the box, the shower base will have a 250 LB weight limit, but once the base is installed in a bed of mortar and the mortar hardens/cures, it will be rock solid and able to support much more weight than that. If you have any other questions, we invite you to contact our DreamLine PreSales Consultants at 866-282-8413. We can also be reached by sending an email to support@dreamline.com. Our hours of operation are 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine.
