Disappointed in poor product.

Very disappointed in the Kitchen Island. Quality of workmanship was very poor. Parts arrived broken, scratched and with poor paint finish. Had to get base replaced. Took several days for piece to arrive. Offered to send me “touch-up” paint”. At $600 you would think it would have been inspected before shipment! Rolling casters very cheap.

Horrible Countertop

Terrible countertop. It stains so easy. I put a cup on it and it stained. And it doesn’t come out. An TD not even 2 months. I brought 2 to make it larger, and both stained. I never put pots on it. It looks horrible

Not truly white and requires more work than expected

Overall, the island is a decent size and feels fairly sturdy once assembled, even though the materials aren’t the best quality. The assembly instructions aren’t great — the pictures are small, and the screws overlap in the diagrams, making it hard to tell what goes where. It took more trial and error than it should have for something this expensive. The biggest issue for me is the color. It’s advertised as white with a black granite top, but the base is really more of a cream or off-white, which clashes badly with my ultra-white kitchen. If I’d kept the box, I would’ve returned it. Now I’ll have to spend extra money and time repainting it to make it work in my space. The granite top is also disappointing — it’s thinner than expected and has visible circular markings on the top where the dowels were drilled in at the factory. It’s also not sealed, so that’s another step you’ll need to take to keep it from staining or looking worse over time. For the price, I expected something closer to ready-to-use quality. Instead, this island feels like a project — not just to assemble, but to finish properly.

The cherry wood was more orange in color than expected, the pictures we saw do not reflect the color like it should have. The quality is amazing, the color could be better with more options, and maybe free samples to verify the color first.

Shifty piece of garbage

Look nice but wobbles back and forth because of the thin back paneling. Have spent hours with extra wood and screws to stop the rocking back and forth. Absolute garbage!!!!!

White Kitchen Island with Black Granite Top

This Kitchen Island is well made, sturdy and functional. It arrived well packed and assembly was straightforward. I chose to use the stationary legs rather than the casters as both are included. The granite top is beautiful and arrived well packed in a seperate box. My only issue I had was the color. I purchased the white island with black granite top. I looked at other buyers photos and theirs appeared to be a true white, but in fact its more like a creamy white. I wish the description would of been more accuate with the shade of white of this island as my kitchen is a clean, brighter white shade. I decided to keep it because everything else about it was great and not to mention that we already assembled it and its pretty heavy so returning it could be quite an ordeal for us. Maybe I’ll paint it in the future
