Hello, yes our brand is reliable if the machine is used properly. You must follow the instructions in the owners manual correctly. We have had customers who have had their machine for 10 plus years and others less than that. It all depends on how well you treat the machine as well.

Hello, no those dimensions are without the pedestal. Our pedestal is 11 inches tall, which would make the final height equal to 44.5 in H, 23.5 in W, and 22 in D.

Is this model Ventless or Vented?
Hello, this laundry product can be both vented or ventless. It will come out of the box ventless.
How does the water drain??
Hello, the drain hose is attached to the machine on the bottom right hand side (when facing the front of the machine). It has a drain pump that will draw out the water automatically during the wash, rinse and spin cycles.
How much water on waver does this unit use for a normal cycle?
