we need a carpet like this that is only 9ft. Can 1 ft be cut and reseamed
While it is possible to do this, it could potentially shorten the item's durability.
Does this rug stay put when placed over existing carpet? Or even with rubber backing still slides around? I wanted it for traffic area in my camper. The runner I have now moves constantly.
This should stay in place depending on the carpet you are putting it on. We recommend to use a rug pad underneath for extra non-slip grip.

Rug has latex rubber backing. It works well on hardwood floor but if you want extra grip, I would recommend using double sided grip tape.
