Screws came double packaged in padded envelope. Container was cracked in the corner, fixed with packaging tape. Screws were mixed, sorted them out. Plastic dividers don't stay in place well, hot glued them in place. Screws are of great quality, correct count. If you're one to cry over spilled milk, maybe wood working is not in your interest. Woodworkers should be resourceful, overcome obstacles presented to them. I labeled them with simple tape in sizing order.

This is the second time I order this item because the first time I received the item all the screws were loose in the container and not complete. The second time I picked up the order the same thing, The dividers that were there to separate the screws into each separate size were not in place and just loose inside the container. This is just terrible quality control by both the supplier and HD since they should be inspecting the product before it is shipped. Will never order anything from HD that will be shipped to the store again - terrible service - will use their competitor instead.

I loved this deal because of the better price and quantity for simalar/same quality as the blue brand of pocket screws. If you love a killer deal and don't mind spending a few minutes separating/counting screws (mine was exact count) =this is for you. If you're the lazy guy who wants someone to dill the screws in for you and make your coffee and do your taxes = this is NOT for you. 5 ⭐️stars

Great product fast shipping!

On receipt all dividers had come out and screws were all mixed and had to be separated by hand.

Needed some more of these screws for my pocket hole jig set up, they are a great deal for the price with a selection of sizes. They arrived by delivery, opened package up to find they have just been put in the box all mixed up and the dividers sat on top of them. They were not even bagged to keep each size apart. So I had to sit there sorting them all out, now I know its not a big deal but surely they could do something better than just throwing them all in the box. very unimpressed with the way they were presented. I suppose that's why they were a deal. the product itself looks really good. Oh and they don't come with a bit to fit the top of the screws, I have one but thought it might come with one as a spare in case you lose your own. Nice product but a few corners cut to save money, shame.
