Is it ok to use this shower pan for a shower with 2 transolid walls and 2 glass walls?
Yes, you can use any manufacturer on the walls. A glass wall would be fine to us.
What is the exact size of the rectangular cover that goes over the left or right side drain? Is it possible to replace the rectangular cover with a stainless steel or other colored linear grate?
The drain cover is measured at 26.3" x 4.9". It will only be available in the color matching the shower base.
I am installing a frameless glass door on the base. Can I drill and screw into it or should I glue down guides using epoxy? If epoxy, what kind?
To install the shower door, do not drill into the base. You can install the main frame to the walls.
What are rough in dimensions for walls for shower pan
The 60x36 shower base will take a 60x36 wall set. If you get a larger Transolid wall, you can cut it down to fit.
If you have a truck going over the shower base, why do you still require a thinset mortar to be installed for the base to sit on?
The thinset mortar is also used for levelling the base and holding it in place.
