About This Product

The Persuade collection captures the essence of modernity in subtle curves and clean lines. When combined with the coordinating dual-flush toilet tank, the Persuade offers significant annual water savings over a standard 1.6 Gal. single-flush toilet. The skirted trap way installs to the floor flange and attaches to the toilet, eliminating the need to drill holes while offering the same secure installation as non-skirted toilets.

Not compatible with any bidet seat from any company

I wanted to install a Toto bidet. Not only is this not compatible with a Toto bidet, it is not compatible with Kohler's own bidets.

Hello Bob, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any disappointment this has caused. Due to the design of this toilet, we do not currently offer a compatible Kohler bidet seat model. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will pass your comments along to our product team for review. Thank you. -Keisha L., Kohler Customer Service

Don't buy this toilet

The instructions are not good. This toilet was apparently discontinued by Kohler but still being sold. It does not come with the toilet seat and no where can you find information as to what seat you need to get as shown in the image.

Hello, my name is Jessica with Kohler Customer Service. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with installation instructions and the exclusion of a toilet seat for this Persuade toilet. Since there are various seats that may be installed with this toilet, such as a slow close, a plastic or a wooden seat a toilet seat is a separate item. There is not a specific seat required for this toilet; any elongated seat would be compatible. The following link is to all of our current options: https://shorturl.at/zS1h1. For additional assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at KohlerCustServ@kohler.com. We are here to help. - Jessica P. Kohler Customer Service.

Poor design on water flow

This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. Please choose a different toilet for your needs as these are beyond frustrating.

Panagiotis, my name is Jessica with Kohler Co. I am sorry to hear of the poor flush you are experiencing. We recommend making sure the water level in the tank is at the correct marking, the flush rods are adjusted properly (the bottom of the push rod should sit just above the flush valve), the rim feed hose should be held on the flush valve and there should be water coming out of all of the rim holes around the bowl when the toilet is flushed. If the issue continues after the above has been verified, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-456-4537. We look forward to hearing from you soon. - Jessica P. Kohler Customer Service.
