Where do I find a specs that show where the water restrictor is and how can it be removed? The water flow is very low.

Besides just size, what?s the difference between the 5? and 4? width of these models?

Water flow is very small, can't feel shower message. May I know how to improve it? The water pressure is great in my house. Everywhere has great water flow, except of these shower. I purchased 3 for my house, none of them works well, can't take shower LOL
