Questions & Answers
Is there any way to buy an a cord extender to make the cord longer?
Hi, The plane of the diffuser is not square to the base of the drum shade. Is there a safe way to adjust that to level? It doesn't look good. Purchased from Home Depot and had it installed. We like the light but the diffuser being off kilter ruins it.
What is the minimum hanging length?
It says the min hanging length is 19”. Is that total length including the fixture? Or just the chain length?
Which color metal is it - Black or oil rubbed bronze?
The fixture has an oil-rubbed bronze (ORB) finish.
Can I put this fixture on a dimmer switch? Also does this come in a bigger diameter than the 18" listed?
Is this ok to use on a sloped ceiling?
This pendant light can be installed on a sloped ceiling. The chain included with the light fixture is adjustable, allowing you to customize the hanging length to suit the angle of your ceiling.
