With the Nickel frame with tinted glass you have in the description that the bars are Chrome? Is this a typo? Obviously I would want the frame and the bars to match the Nickel color?

Could you tell me if this door will work with a MAAX U-Tile enclosure and base. Model 103409-302-503 I understand that this door is shorter than the MAAX enclosure by a few inches but I’m really not concerned about that.

Are the doors soft close?
The DreamLine Encore Sliding Semi-Frameless Shower Door is designed with specially engineered rollers to provide a smooth and quiet gliding operation. However, it does not feature a soft-close mechanism. The doors are designed to slide effortlessly but do not have the soft-closing functionality that gently brings the doors to a close. What is the minimum required threshold width?

Do the dimensions have to be exact? My shower is 57? W and 71? H, would this work for me?
The Encore shower door will require a finished opening that is between 56-60" wide and the wall heights must be at least 76" tall. If your finished walls are only 71" tall, unfortunately, the Encore will not work for your space. You cannot install the shower door with parts of it sticking up above your finished walls as this type of installation will completely void the warranty and could definitely compromise the product's safety. Please make sure your opening meets all the requirements for installation of any DreamLine product before placing your order. What product to use for cleaning doors
For best results, we recommend wiping the glass with a squeegee and/or soft cloth after each use to remove any small amounts of residual water on the glass and hardware. To clean, use a mild dish soap, soft cloth, and warm water to rinse (squeegee and/or soft cloth to dry after cleaning). Never use harsh chemical cleaners containing bleach, ammonia, scouring/scrubbing agents etc. and avoid use of any scrubbing tools that could scratch the glass and/or hardware surfaces. How many cartons is this product shipped in?
This model will ship in 2 boxes - 1 box for the glass, 1 box for the hardware. The Unidoor model series comes with adjustable hinges. The hinges will come pre-set from the factory for outward swing, which is the recommended use, but they can be adjusted to allow for inward swing or for both inward and outward swing.
