How much ozone does the HP 850 produce at its lowest setting? Its highest setting?
Hello, I do apologize for the delay. Our air purifiers do not have ozone generators.
Is the HEPA filter washable?
Hello! We appreciate your interest in our products. Regarding your question about washing the filters, we do not recommend washing them as it may cause damage to the HEPA filter and affect its performance. For optimal air purification, we suggest replacing the HEPA filter every 6-12 months and the pre-filter every 3 months.
