In the text under "product description" it says that the rug is wool blend. Just below, it says 100% wool. Which is it? If it's a blend what is the composition? What percent wool? Please fix this inconsistency.

Can any customers who have the 9 x12 or the 10 x 14 tell me if they are true to size, or do they run big or small? Many of the Safavieh rugs I've purchased have been 8 or more inches short so that would make a difference on which size I order. Thank you!

I ordered a 2x22 runner in ivory/blue. I came back a week later to order the 3x5 and that one came. The color is completely different. It's more like navy or charcoal. Are there dye lot differences or wrong item shipped?

Hello Kim! There are dye lot variances. Rugs from different production timelines will look slightly different when compared next to each other. Also, rugs from different collections will be different in color. Due to differences in monitor size & screen resolution, rugs may appear slightly different in your browser than they do in person.

As the answers already stated the brown is actually charcoal?so what is the charcoal one? Pictures for both are exactly the same. I don?t want black but wouldn?t mind seeing some grayish-black (that?s what I thought charcoal might be.

Has anyone seen the Safavieh Abstract Ivory/CHOCOLATE in person? The photos look like ivory with black/charcoal gray flecked edging not brown (what I would guess for chocolate). Thanks.

I just picked up this rug, it says its chocolate but it's not, it's charcoal. Sadly I will be returning. I do have to say it is a very well made rug. Too bad the description is not what it is.

The rug is very nice, but was delivered folded up instead of rolled. It’s been down a few weeks and still can’t get it to lay flat. The look and feel of the actual rug is great! Would have given the rug 5 stars if it had been delivered properly.

Color and texture even better in person than pictured in App. I found this area rug at an online rug company for more than twice the cost, and even when they discounted it, Home Depot’s price was lower. This rug far exceeded our expectations and we will look at Home Depot’s huge area rug collection first for any of our future area rug purchases.

Beautiful rug but not a true red
Beautiful, well made rug with a lovely design. Alas the color is more an orange red and not a blue red. Back it goes.

Very nice rug! It came folded in a heavy waterproof plastic envelope. I was happy with how quickly it flattened out and the folds disappeared. It had very little smell that dissipated within two days. It looks great with our new floor!

Inaccurate Size Description
I have this rug in a different color and smaller sizes. And have been very satisfied. Sized up and changed color for my living room. A man must have been in charge of measuring because it is 4” shy of 8 feet. Will probably not return over 4 inches but am still debating.

Best rugs we’ve bought in years!
BEST RUG we bought in years. Quality is excellent. Pattern is gorgeous; intricate yet soft and eye-catching. Coastal Bo-ho vibe. Comfortable for bare feet. Packaged very well. Glad they had 8’ x 8’ size option. Color as shown - gray “streaks” in design actually pick up blue tones in our room. There is a “new rug scent” but figure it will wear off… doesn’t bother us. Using in our sunroom. Price was reasonable and worth it. Highly recommend!

I'm giving four stars because the rug is smaller than 8 x 8 by a couple inches but it's a beautiful rug. It's still fit in my space so I'm going to keep it.

Very nice.
I agree with previous review that this looks great with coastal decor. The carpet is not too light and the abstract pattern blends well with our coral/sea life upholstered chairs.

Gorgeous Rug
I ordered this rug in an 8X10 ivory/charcoal and I’m completely satisfied. The rug looks so beautiful and elegant in my living room. It’s more black and ivory which was more of what I was wanting. I’m ordering a 9X12 to replace it with and moving the 8x10 to the dining room.
I’ve received so many compliments on the rug.
I ordered a hallway runner but the color did not match the larger rug the ivory had a yellowish tint and I had to return. I will try again with hopes of getting a different run. The rug did have a moldish smell but I sprinkled baking soda and Downy light scent booster pellets and let them set over night and the smell is totally gone. I couldn’t be more pleased “I LOVE THIS RUG!”
